Or, y'know, Two Face.
The Bat in TDK Rises looked fine, it was just silly in concept. The Dark Knight has some less-than-A-class CGI, but it didn't really hurt the movie to much. Man of Steel already looks to have some top-notch realistic CG.

Nolan co-created the story & script and assigned Snyder to direct. He's producing the picture.

Even the Snyder movies I dislike (that fucking Owl movie, basically) I still recognize how goddamned pretty and visually captivating it is.
It is more than entirely possible Snyder realized he CANNOT fuck this up, and delivered the goods.

I kinda wanna see the original version of Two-Face's face. I read they went over-the-top on person cause the original stuff began to nauseate people.

While I love The Frighteners, and most of the Lord of the Rings trilogy, I would say that Jackson is a director like Shyamalan. In so far as his earlier films are his best, and that the more successful he has become, the worse his films have gotten.

Yeah, but I don't think you could put his films in the "bad" category. They're all serviceable films that hit what they're going for, they just lack the distinct touch someone like Lynch, Fincher or Tarantino would bring to it.
