A the title screen you can pull open a menu to change the controls to the front only. I prefer front myself, a little more comfortable if I'm laying down and playing. Although it's puzzling why there is no option for buttons at all. Also, no cross-save with the PS3 version.

I was wondering if anyone here is really into PSX and has replayed a decent amount of their fav PSX games on the Vita? The reason I'm asking is because I have a hunch that the one PSOne Classic that I bought, Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped (EU version), doesn't feel perfect. It's one of my fav platformers but it just feels a little off on the Vita, like there's a very small amount of slowdown that's only noticeable at times. Anyone else ever notice this in one of their PSOne Classics?
Also, Sonic & All-Stars Racing the best kart racer since Crash Team Racing? That's a lot it has to live up to, so I'm very curious as well! Does it have nice time trials, short cuts and some kind of drifting/boosting mechanic?

While 32 does sound tempting I'm actually happy with my choice to go with 16 gb. It's just the right amount to keep multiple vita, PSP and PS1 games and rotate them for new ones when I feel like it. I'd probably have to get 32gb when some permanent homebrew is possible so I can dump every PSP and PS1 title in there that would require more work than simple download from store that I have on my EU account.
I suppose Sony won't be going for 64gb anytime soon if ever. Do we know what is largest Vita game?
I completed Crash 1, 2 EU versions on vita and they played perfectly. No problems on Tomb Raider or Alundra either but I haven't played em to completion.

God damn you people! I used the last of my amazon credit to get that sonic game. I had it saved for some game coming next year but I hate saving money for months when I can get stuff now :lol

Yeah, the Vita version of Sonic All-Stars Transformed is pretty fantastic. It looks so colourful and crisp. <3 Just a shame about the hefty 100+MB patch it needs to fix the frame rate.
The version I bought (and Derrick bought) comes prepatched. woo woo

To round out my 2012 purchases I just bought Sound Shapes, Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath and Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed. This has been a great year on the Vita--only made better by the laughs and camaraderie brought about by the fellowship of the Vitabros! Happy New Year to all!

So how does FFVI look/play on the Vita? I'm tired of trying to win auctions for the GBA cart on eBay and I'm definitely sick of waiting for a 3DS remake or port.

Unfortunately the gaf hype has bitten me in the ass a couple too many times at msrp digital games i cant return. Im glad people are enjoying it though.

Haven't played the new one but the last sega all stars kart racer was the best kart game I've played in 10+ years.

Why are you killing the poor scientists in Jetpack Joyride? And people call Nathan Drake a murderous asshole. Along with Angry Birds this is the most violent video game I ever played.

I like Jetpack Joyride more than Chronovolt.

Chronovolt is probably the sharpest looking game I've seen yet on Vita. Everything just pops.

For those of you with the Spy DLC pack for Gravity Rush/Daze and haven't upgraded your health. Do it at the start of that challenge if you still have one or two left. Then rush the level with maxed Gravity Shift and the X move (and using Gravity Pick-up/O to stop and reshift) with a few gravity kicks for the two gate barriers and a little luck/practive before you use this cheat and you should have way more than enough health to worry about running into lava while rushing through the level.
Got a time of 03'25"70 which is roughly five more than the 3'30" gold requirement.
You should have roughly 2'45"-50" or so as you're hitting the last slide, then go fast on that slide while avoiding going off it and then stop at the big dude/30th gate, shift around him anyway you can quickly, and then slide to the finish and you should hit it.
