Under a strict reading of the ToS, it's not allowed. Traditionally it has been tolerated depending on context (e.g. if you gave sufficient warning). This is something I'll raise in the next super secret mod orgy, but use your common sense, and if you're worried about getting banned, don't post it.

My understanding was if it outright broke the ToS, no matter how much warning, it wasn't okay? Like basically linking to porn.
But linking to that picture of that duck in the background of that porn scene is okay, because technically the duck is the focus because it's funny (anyone know where I can find that image? I'm too scared to Google it). But I digress.
