I mean I'm all for the suspense of disbelief when it comes to "funny internet pics" but as someone who doesn't have Facebook I kinda wonder what on earth is happening when people go "who are you I don't even know you" etc on their own personal space/wall/doohickey.
Most people don't know half their Facebook friends. They're just people they've only seen once.

This is pretty common actually. It's a great way for a dealer to get maximum exposure for one brand/type of car.
Most of the time it's temporary though, the car dealer gets a good deal on an otherwise vacant store, so it's a win-win situation for both car dealer and mall property owner.
The mall near me has a boat dealership in it. Sometimes you feel like buying a boat.

Second, this webcomic is Oglaf.com, and even though the fucktards at reddit or facebook usually crop these things, the comic as it appears on the site has no address or anything. A word of warning though, it is very NSFW.

These have popped up in Sweden aswell (not for Tesla though). They are not dealerships per se, they are "showrooms" meant to show of their flashiest models and raise awareness of the brand etc.

Also you can comment on other people's facebooks if they tag you. I always have to check to see where the post came from before I start talking about anuses and stuff.

If they leave their wall, profile and extensions open to the public, which you definitely shouldn't ever, then yes.
