Did I ever mention how much I like you?

Why thank you. You're not so bad yourself! And I do what I can :P
I also voted for Bravery Default on Square Enix's site

I'd gladly take a Skies of Arcadia port with Legends content. Awesome stuff that game

Heh, I just voted for Type-0 and FFX on Vita.

So I've been playing Parasite Eve for the first time on my Vita, it's a pretty interesting game.

I'm at the last boss but I'm scared I'm not a high enough level to beat it, I keep dying when I get to it's 3rd form :'(

Preordered and paid off Sly 4 on Vita, Soul Sacrifice and waiting for GameStop to add NGS+2 and DoA5+ to their preorder system. Excited for Tearaway and Killzone info, hoping those see a summer or earlier than, release date.

As to the JAW/Pitchford tweets, who knows? Gearbox is working on Aliens Colonial Marines, Sega has shpported Vita - maybe its something to do with that? JAW filling in for Sumo?

You know you're supposed to
run from the Ultimate Being/winged Ultimate Being to the ships Galley to set up to blow,
right?

Sooooo...EDF next week. Having a hard time justifying $40 for it. I already have 20 in my wallet i was going to drop on lumines but still upset about the no ps plus discount. EDF vita just looks like so much fun.

I think for the wifi $189 bundled with 4GB, one month of + and no bundled game is a perfect sweet spot.

also, bought Dungeon Hunter - decent playability, graphically very meh.

Agreed, BUT they should get rid of the 4gb card all together and start with 8 (which should be bundled with the Vita), and then have 16, 32, and 64gb cards.

I agree, but...with the Vita breaking even on hardware and underperforming in sales, the memory cards may have been inadvertently helping the entire system survive. If one figures, memory per system average 30-100$ additional, has helped offset some overall Vita loss for Sony. While consumers decry the added cost, the cards have been financially beneficial for Vita and Sony, on the whole.

Apple charges far more, for less capacity memory bumps. Understandably, Sony is no Apple, but Vita is as desirable to my gamer needs - as much as any hot Apple device appeals to that crowd. Coming over from iOS, I realized I would need a 16GB minimum. The 4GB could removed from individual sale, made as a bundle freebie. It would be enough to get one going, if larger is needed, consumer has options when needed through retail. This would have, overall, minimal impact to Sony and Vitas fiscal health.

Sony doesnt need to 'give' more than a 4gb to start up, same capacity included with 3DSXL. Hell, if Vita can undercut the XL cost by $10.00‚ include a 4GB and one free plus month - gamers have no excuse to not consider Vita...but theyll find an oft repeated meme to avoid Vita anyways :(

If bundled at the price mentioned, could be of minimal detriment for Sony to include. Enough to get one going, if larger is needed, consumer has options when meeded through retail.

Gamers these days are spoiled. For the PS1 the memory card price was around $40 for something like 128KB of space, PS2 was $40 for 8MB of space. Getting a hard drive for 360 was very cost-prohibitive initially.

a 4GB card for Vita can be gotten for $10 now. But I guess the counter-argument makes sense too, if the Vita had 16GB of cheap space, I could have better consumed more content than spending money to expand storage. But just think of it as a cost-saving thing from Sony's perspective, not all consumers are created equal and if someone doesn't fill the space then its wasted potential.

Thats a fantastic perspective - especially the last part. Id never thought about thay aspect of the consumer equation, surely, food for thought. Adding to your point, Sony makes all profit, minus manufacure and distribution, on the cards - which is immediately (bottom line) more beneficial than a percentage of sold software, when factored cost vs. cost.

Ehm guys, I think he knows it was a joke.
But since almost every day someone is posting that it's not really funny anymore, that's why he complained.

What I REALLY want is a Naruto UNS game for Vita and a DBZ game. Basically 3D fighters. Cyber connect should do ports of the ninja storm series like the PSP Heroes games ;__; cause those games never made their way to PSN

+1 for this. I would absolutely love Ultimate Ninja Storm on my portable! :)

So at 2:30am I felt like opening my AC bundle and oh ma gawd. The white Vita is GORGEOUS! It absolutely blows my black one away in every way. Setting it up now and gonna transfer everything from my black one then toss that one on craigslist for $175. Not sure if im gonna keep/play AC:L though, I still have to open LBP, SFxT and LOTR lego. I love opening new hardware. THAT SMELL.

Apologies if this has been addressed before but this thread is moving too fast for me to keep up.

Any recommendations for the Minis section of the vita store? Something arcady would be nice.

Also saw Soul Sacrifice stand at the Osaka Yodobashi but there were 2 dates one it (one in december and one in march) and I couldnt understand the Kanji well enough to determine if it was actually out. Looks cool though, I think I will have to buy.

It's a different time now. Having expensive proprietary memory is such an antiquated idea. After how easy and open Sony has made replacing the hard drive on PS3s since the get go, going the total opposite direction on Vita is so weird.

So for Hot Shots Golf, does playing an online match against other people give you points that you can spend in the store (for characters, courses, ect)? As much Hot Shots as I've played over the years, I never once tried playing other people online.

I'd presume that's he December date of the demo and the arch date of release

So.... I'm about to format my 4GB for my JP account finally. When I do this do I have to format the Vita and memory card every time I want to play stuff on my JP account?

You'll have to restore and deactivate the Vita, but you don't have to wipe a memory card again.

The Persona 4 Golden hype machine has pushed me back into the Vita camp. Just waiting for the next sale or promotion to pick one up! :D

Got mine coming from playasia for less than the UK price and means not waiting until the end of February.

No idea if I'll even like the game :p

EDF next week!

Sooooo...EDF next week. Having a hard time justifying $40 for it. I already have 20 in my wallet i was going to drop on lumines but still upset about the no ps plus discount. EDF vita just looks like so much fun.

I dare to say it is arguably the best game in Vita (if you include online multi-play).
Be very careful not to blast your friends with your plasma launcher, hehe.

So Sly Cooper: Someone help me figure this one out. If I buy the PS3 version, do I get the Vita version for free? Can I move saves between versions?

Yes on both counts. Buying the PS3 version (physically or digitally) gets you a Vita copy, and you can transfer saves between the two through the cloud.

Two things I have to complain about - unless you've played EDF you have NO right to complain about the price, and Virtua Tennis 4 turns from good game to complete bullshit when you're winning in tournaments.
