Having lived in places where a Five Guys is within an easy drive away. I have to say, I've grown tired of them. Very high priced for what you get. Last time I was there, I paid $12 for a burger, cajun fries and a drink. Its not THAT good of a burger.

Well crud, just got done with my first day of spring classes and now i want a burger.![]()
I haven't been in a really long time but I used to really like the Ostrich burgers.I still say Fuddruckers is the best chain burger place. Super rich meat in any poundage you want, soft buns that were made fresh just hours before, soooo good! I prefer getting my burgers at local bars and pubs, though.
Dont you love it when your significant other flips on the bitch switch, blows up over absolutely nothing, then refuses to talk to you for two days?

Already? I still got a few weeks left of winter break.
And I'm always in the mood for a good burger. Pizza and burgers are like god's gifts to mankind.

The only thing I'll give In-Out Burger is that it's cheap for the quality you get.
The only two foods I ever crave when I'm dieting are Pizza and Burgers. Never any sweets or anything. Just those fatty, carby foods. /drool
While they may not compare to burgers and pizza I'll admit, I really love sweets. Cute little pastries just make me so happy. I swear, my diet is basically just meat and cake.

That's why I put fruit in my cocktails and pastries! Seriously, I might be screwed without my daily multivitamin. Really, it's not that I hate veggies, I just tend to think, "Hmmm, I have 2000 calories to enjoy today. Would I rather spend that on vegetables or pie?.................Pie it is!"

I can eat 1200 calories of vegetables a day and still gain weight. It's depressing. So paleo/low carb it is and see if it does anything.

I feel your pain. I'm currently trying to shed pounds and have been eating nothing but things that do not make me happy for 2 weeks =(

Poor both of you, luckily I am still at a age where I can eat everything and not exercise while eating copious amounts of nice food. Although I am still a fairly healthy eater, which also seems somewhat uncommon with students.
I never get that luckily, friends usually just watch in awe while I gobble food. Might actually still be underweight, not sure.

I just don't have the willpower to do that. Instead, if I'm really bad one day, I just fast for most of the next day. Seems to work for me, but I know everybody's body works differently.
My sister seems to have the same problem as you. Lord knows she eats healthier than me, and her appetite isn't nearly as huge, and she even works out quite regularly, but she has such a hard time losing weight.

I used to be able to metabolize anything that went inside of me, still can more or less if I exercise. Makes gaining weight hard as hell since I'm trying to bulk up a bit.

That's pretty much my attitude, I just want to be healthy and look good without having to be at 3% body fat. All these mental hurdles thoughI think I'm fairly unusual in that I like having some fat on my body.Not overweight of course, not even near it. Everyone else I know is dying to be thin and toned. I just want enough muscle to go on hikes without getting overly tired.
