They are. There are other examples, like "Cruel Intentions" becoming "Sex Intentions".
Producers like names in English for movies, but sometimes the original title isn't clear enough for the audience, or include words that would be harder to pronounce (like "youth" in the above examples).
Sometimes they're trying to tie it to other movies, to make them more marketable. Like "Very Bad Trip" is probably a reference to "Very Bad Things". And later it influenced "Very Bad Cops" or "American Trip".

Yeah if you look at his twitter and blogs he's basically chosen the Wii U as his preferred platform for that game, mostly because he can use Off-TV play while his kids are around.

Yeah, when I get my Wii U it's why I'll be getting it for that platform instead of PC.

Unexplainable? I can explain it. This guy is one of those Nigerian scammers who sends those scam emails. There's a strange group of people who actually engage with those scammers and basically troll them to hell and back, promising to give them money if they do weird stuff like this to prove they're serious. Their stated purpose is to engage the scammers for as long as possible so the scammers aren't scamming poor old grandmas.

Here is one of their headquarters. They have a trophy room with more images like these, and transcripts of funny email conversations they've had.
