Man, i can't even decide which is the best starter (design-wise). I like Fennekin the most but I just like cats/cat-like things.

I'm warming to Chespin, but Fennekin is just bland. Boring, generic cat design. Other two are good.
In the end, the evolutions are what matters the most.

They had great player design for BW and it's been cratering since BW2 if you ask me. I really REALLY hope customisable characters are a thing in this game.

I really don't expect customization, and even if there is, then definitely not anything that affects the body.
