I don't mean to blow all of your minds here, but Hot Shots Golf: World Invitational is pretty great. Favorite Vita game so far (I don't have many though, so take that as you will)
Edit: Is MotorStorm RC worth $5? I'm a bit confused looking at the store, looks like its loaded with micro transactions?

All the microtransactions are just cosmetic apart from a few track packs IIRC. It's worth the money if you enjoy games like Micro Machines.
Motorstorm is my most played game on Vita, its a fantastic RC game with tons of content. And yeah, there are 250 cars ingame, but you can buy like 40 or so other ones. Just skins though, they dont really matter.
On top of what spats said. The micro transactions are really just for different car skins and a couple unique cars. They also added in packs to unlock all the unlockables right away (races/car skins). Some of the DLC cars are not unlockable in the main game. There are plenty to unlock without paying money.
The base game is worth $5, i downloaded the base when it was free and it's probably my most played vita game currently. I'm not sure how good of a deal it is to buy the base with the 2 DLC tracks (Pro-AM and Festival) that give you more races. Even without the dlc the base game is a good deal since they include a variety of tracks based off of the previous motorstorm games.
I bought hot shots around christmas myself. I played the original hot shots golf back on Ps1, series is still one of my favorite ones. I just kept missing opportunities to buy it on sale.

On the PlayStation Blog post about Corpse Party: BOS, someone asked the XSEED rep about more localization announcements like Ys Celceta. The response was "soon".
Man, all this Pokemon X & Y talk is making me crave a fullblown Digimon Vita game

I also got all the trophies for Mutant Blobs, it was one of my first Vita games and I did quite enjoy it but I felt it was lacking something, something I could not quite put my finger on. It may have been that I felt it was a little too short or something about the level design just felt a little off; it has been a little while since I've played it now though.
Definitely not saying it's a bad game because it certainly wasn't, it was just lacking a little something.

I'm trying to get all the trophies but getting gold on some levels is really hard 
I've got a tech question (one that I won't be able to test for a while anyways). I know you can make a laptop become a wireless router if you have a LAN connection, so I'm wondering if you can do the same, but using a WiFi connection. I'm 99% certain you can't as the card would be acting as both a router, and a receiver at the same time but I just want to be sure. I ask this because my Vita's always had a hard time connecting to WiFi in my room as the router's on the other side of the house. My laptop has no issues connecting to the same router so if there was a way for me to connect my Vita online via the laptop's connection I'd be gold.
Funny you should mention that, as this month is the launch month for Digimon Adventure RPG for PSP. The Japanese will get to play that on Vita thanks to a PSN release. : / That game's made by Prope, Yuji Naka's (Sonic the Hedgehog) studio. There was an earlier PSP Digimon title developed by Tri-Crescendo (Fragile Dreams) called Digimon World Re
igitize. It was a re-imagining of the first Digimon World title on PS1. It came out this past summer.
Neither have an English release announced.

The Japanese will get to play that on Vita thanks to a PSN release. : / That game's made by Prope, Yuji Naka's (Sonic the Hedgehog) studio. There was an earlier PSP Digimon title developed by Tri-Crescendo (Fragile Dreams) called Digimon World Re

Yeah, crazy stuff. Have a great backlog to play this month.

Oh wow! New members! Welcome to GAF and to Vita GAF! 
Man Dynasty Warriors is fun but there are an exhausting amount of gimmicks in that game, and that's with me turning the motion stuff off. The forced touch duels in every single battle are the worst by far. It would be much more fun and difficult to manually fight them.
Probably going to trade this in when I'm done trophy whoring it and just stick to the upcoming DW Empires game on PS3.

I still can't do it ...
I get a rare win, but never two (though I got real close once or twice). I am just not good enough yet at pulling off the warp, and perhaps I need to defend more. Usually its the zhunts that get me, or I teleport in a reflex when he's throwing a spear. I do get the impression I might get further if I master the push forward move, or the projectile attacks, but I am not pulling those off reliably yet.

Damn, want a Vita so bad. I feel like I waited this long that I should wait for some kind of deal on one though.
Almost finished with Sound Shapes' campaign. Vitagaf is best gaf for convincing me into buying it.
I feel the best album is deadmou5's one (still have to start the last one though, Cities, featuring Beck, woo!) especially since it has been the most challenging so far, gameplay-wise.
I was never into editors but this one, I really want to get better at it. Right now I made only very small, simple levels but I think I'm starting to get the hang of it. Any of you vitabros ever published something? I'd really love to play your levels.

4 year GAF lurker-turned-member here. I'm old enough to have used to Nintendo Power maps to get through parts of Final Fantasy on NES, and my crowning Vita achievement so far is plat'ing Sound Shapes (though I ocasionally have nightmarish flashbacks to one of the Deadmau5 death mode levels).

Man Crisis Core and BBS FM are awesome on my Vita! I will be so sad when they come out with 2.03 and I lose internet access, or backup access...

Resitance has online multi.
CoDBLOPSD has better multi, but Resistance has a good SP campaign. I beat Resitance, traded it in...rebought it and am keeping it. Also achieved a platinum, which was easy enough.
If you liked FFT, then definitely Tactics Ogre.
