I don't want to make anybody stop playing marvel, but what about toys like this? It could be used in the same way.

I think people can hate on the game, but I know next to nothing about how good it is and I'm pretty sure nobody else here does either.

Yeah that does sound better considering our circumstance. But man I just can't stop replaying that moment in my head. Just how could it have happened? As a big fan of Peyton Manning, I've been through a lot of disappointment but somehow this one was more hurtful and devastating than all the other playoff losses with the exception of the Super Bowl loss, but that was only because it was the Super Bowl. It's going to be a long off season and this one is going to sting for a while. I better stay away from the NFL thread and other sports media because I'm sure "Peyton choked" will be coming up a lot.

As for the Hawks, I work Sundays and couldn't watch it. But I kept up with it on my phone and when they scored that final TD with 31 seconds left I thought it was over. I didn't even bother checking again. I couldn't believe it when someone told me an hour later that they Falcons won. Unbelievable how we both went through the highs and loss with less than a minute left. Victory was right there, and then for it to be snatched away like that....I better stop I'm just getting more depressed

Same here this one is worst than Super Bowl 40 to me. I don't know why, but it just stings so much more. The 30 seconds is the worst... it just the fucking worst. You know what is hilarious...

- Denver didn't play prevent D when they should have. Denver was up by 7, who cares if you give up yards. Just don't give up the TD. Put the fucking safety over the top....

- Seattle played prevent D when they shouldn't have. The other team is down by 1... you can't give up yards. Why would you give up all that room?

If Denver would just play prevent D, and if Seattle wouldn't have played prevent D both our asses by partying right now. Instead we here sitting all depress as shit....

I honestly think this was the worst thing they could have done. All this does is ensures sites like 4chan are going to troll and push MLP through to EVO. Not that I would mind considering I've played the game with the devs a while back and think it's fun as fuck. This just makes it a race to the top now.

I don't know about that. What gets to me is that player's choice is only one slot. These games are fighting for a single slot. I don't think any of them ever stood or will stand a chance of getting into EVO so... having two slots would be swell for the sake of keeping some of them alive. I can't complain, though. EVO staff doesn't run EVO on hopes and dreams.

Marn won the last Runback he went to...... he's obviously not "great" but he's still probably good enough to be considered top 10 in WC ATM, especially now that standards there have dropped.

As for Floe he's there to be J Wong's training partner, J Wong just tweeted that his back hurts after playing 200 games of Marvel straight and chances are he's playing against Floe. And apparently he's playing Nova/Vergil/Hawkeye so I'll expect him to be on a very different level the next time he appears in a tourney, since that team is brain dead but very effective.

What is this, spreading FUD about donation sources? Disgusting. It's not like you can even pretend that you actually know why people donate.

I'll speak for myself and no-one else and say that I am generally ass at fighting games. But I go to locals, I went to EVO last year, and I'm going this year. I donated to Skullgirls, I'll be donating again come next paycheck, and if that tournament wins the slot I'll definitely participate even if the odds of me going 0-2 are high.
