Barry has the highest levels of any trainer outside of Red though, so he actually accomplished more in the long run.

It's 15 in B2/W2! They changed the movesets around a bit for the newly catchable stuff (and for stuff that just had shallow movepools).

But hold onto it, Lucario's worth his weight in gold.
