I think for the tournament, start a new thread in community and link to it from here. Then all practicalities etc can go there. But still post info in here - news on results, brag posts etc would be still good.

Is it mostly identical to the 360 version? If so, I'll probably pass--I can't exactly remember what I disliked about it, but I know something about the progression was offputting.

I wanted to pick it up day 1, but given my backlog and wanting to plat Uncharted/Gravity Rush I might just hold off and pick up in a sale.

There's more weapons, online co-op and versus and it adds Pale Wing from Global Defence Forces which practically doubles the length of the game

Also I fucking love it so buy EDF, there is nothing wrong with the price, gamers are just being entitled pricks once again

EDIT: if you can't afford it for whatever reason, OK, I have no gripe with you. but if you complain about the game having the price of a full release title in your respective please just go shoot yourself, it's worth every dollar you spend on it
 
So EDF is out today in UK? I have £36 credit sitting there. Im really tempted.

Is it just an insane wave survival game where you get better loot with each level you do? and is it online to the point I can just connect to a game with randoms and play?

If so....... il prob bite on that as i love me some coop wave survival.
 
I wish there was a better guide for DJMax so I could actually know how to complete some of the notes beyond the most basic. The tutorial moves too quick to read the descriptions and you have to restart the whole thing if you miss something. Sucks that this really brings down the experience as the gameplay is very fun when it's notes I'm able to complete.

Kinda and yes, but it gets a bit hard to find randoms when you get beyond the Easy / Normal difficulties (I currently have my Storm to the point where he can take on Hardest missions and I haven't seen a single random Hardest game yet). Try and get a posse together, it'll work out better for you.

Seriously? it's not that difficult to figure out yourself.

No chance of that as the only person I know with a Vita is my brother.

Still if it can just be solo'd as well then I could prob be fine with that.

Il have a think and decide later.

I want to support the game, but I can't justify that price at the moment. If I hit a barren spell I might bite, but realistically I'll wait for a sale.

Dead or Alive 5+ supports cross-play, cross-save and cross-costumes DLC

This is fantastic. You'll also get Paradise costumes and a Zack's Island stage.

I'm so gonna get this for the Vita.

Yeah, I only completed the 3 first courses of the entire game but it feels like progress haha. Something must have clicked when I go from 18>1 in an instant. ^_^

My desire for EDF on Vita is starting to rise.

I don't like the price point at all, but at the same time EDF would probably give me more entertainment than some equally expensive titles I've purchased. I'd imagine it makes a great pick up and play portable title.

I want to get one of these. Which one should I go for vitabros? Never played a Minna no game before.
 
Hot Shots Tennis since that one hasn't had an update.

Get Hot Shots 6 instead of the PSP titles.

For the Golf games, skip the first and head straight to the second. I seem to remember that it contains all the characters and courses from the 1st game, plus extras. Probably the definitive version of the game on the PSP side.

Agreed. If you have the EG games and enjoyed them, get Everybody's Tennis. Great game and a great price.
 
I had the credit so I bought EDF. If it was any other game at full price for DD only, I wouldn't bother. EDF is worth it.

My PSN ID is adaggerthrough is any Euro VitaGAF want to play co-op later today.
 
Couldn't resist Tennis for that price (£2.39!). Hopefully enough people will buy it and they'll do a native Vita version. ^_^

Open Tee 2 has an INSANE amount of content. It actually puts the current gen efforts to shame in that respect.
 
Getting the Tennis chapter on PSP and (after P4G) Golf on Vita, it actually seems the most logical choice. Thanks vitabros! <3

Weird, they must have made an error with the pricing. Plus discount is not 10% on this since the price is 2,99&#8364; for Plus members (25% discount).

I had this same experience, but just had to go through the tutorial three times. If you want a note explained just ask!

What I'm not clear on are the three squares in the top right of the screen when choosing a song in a mixing mode. Each has a handful of symbols you can scroll through (fade in, fade out, blink etc), I'm presuming they're some sort of handicap, but I have no idea what they do and it's not even mentioned in the manual or tutorial...

I know Orgarythm, I've got it on Nexus 7 and I like it... but I only played first stages. I would prefer to play it on a console instead of a tablet so I was asking if there is a review or if someone bought it ^_^

They added Everybody's Golf Vita to the sale too *___*

5,84&#8364; for Plus members! So undecided about this, I really want a physical edition for everything I play on Vita that has one, but this is half ONE THIRD (!) of the price compared to retail. What to do what to do :'(

And by the way I still have a 4GB memory card... yeah, you can point and laugh, i deserve it.
