In the comics, the other colors (Red & Star Sapphire), except Blue, also existed before the Sinestro Corp was formed. The Red Lantern Corp and the Star Sapphires (as a group) were formed afterwards.

IIRC, Green was the first to have a Power Battery formed, then Violet, Orange, Red, Yellow, Blue, and Black. Don't know when the Indigo Power Battery was formed.

The timeline is all over the place. But Rage is definitely the youngest corp. They not too long ago got their power animal.
