Show returns tomorrow. If you haven't seen the episode and you have a DVR set to only record new episodes you might want to double check that it's set to record tomorrow's episode. The programming guide on my DirecTV DVR has tomorrow's episode listed as old with the original scheduled air date (Oct 13) credited as the first aired date.

show's on, first time watching live

this steampunk ep is awesome as shit

love the alan scott reference

Ugh Steampunk and Imperiex? Why not throw in Krona for a bad design triad?

It's not Imperiex, it's the Anti-Monitor. So shutuuuuuup.

Also that was some silver-age level shenanigans at the end there.

For some reason I literally said wow at the animation when they got back to the normal universe.
don't know if it was actually that good or the dull steampunk world had just made it seem better.

Ugh, my DirecTV DVR programming guide is screwed up again. Its crediting Oct 20th as the first aired date.

Ah so in this universe the other colors existed prior to Sinestro officially announcing the Yellow Corps.

Glad Sinestro is finally in and I'm glad to see another Batman of Shanghai short. They need to develop that into a full series though. I demand more.

In the comics, the other colors (Red & Star Sapphire), except Blue, also existed before the Sinestro Corp was formed. The Red Lantern Corp and the Star Sapphires (as a group) were formed afterwards.

All the colors were brought about at the same time. They were just weaponized at different times.

IIRC, Green was the first to have a Power Battery formed, then Violet, Orange, Red, Yellow, Blue, and Black. Don't know when the Indigo Power Battery was formed.

the orange battery was on that bumfivk planet and when the guardians went after Larfleeze they were still using manhunters. So technically I think the orange corp was the first corp corp . The timeline is all over the place. But Rage is definitely the youngest corp. They not too long ago got their power animal.

Despite the Neuroxsis mind jumping plot being some what predictable it's (ahem) execution was excellent. Hal giving Aya the bird and the bees lol.

Forgot about that. It's been awhile since I last read the War of Lights. In terms of Corp formation, it goes Orange, Green, Yellow, Blue, Violet, Red and (technically) Black. The Star Sapphire, in the beginning, was just one person, but that was too much power, so they broke the Sapphire and turned it into rings.

I wonder if they will go into all living embodiments of emotions and what not?
