Only about 1300 calories per sandwich, and possibly 10-12g of saturated fat depending on the bread and mayo. About in line with what I expected.

On one hand, Alex isn't really as interesting to listen to as Jeff(but I don't think anyone is) and has bad wrestling opinions.
On the other hand, that Amplitude video was pretty cool.

I thought the wrestling video was cooler than the Amplitude video.

I'm offended at any use of baking as a substitute for frying, especially in the case of crispy chicken. How dare Mr. Scanlon make such brazenly health-conscious decisions. Fried chicken or no chicken where I come from!

*spits into spittoon*

Yeah that haul is amazing. Can't believe they got a signed screenplay. With the late Michael Crichton's signature no less.

Also, I'm totally making that sandwich for dinner tomorrow.

Oh man that recipe looks amazing. I'm going to have to try that some time. Someone get a Giant Bomb cookbook going! It can include Drew's sandwich recipe, links to places they've reviewed on Yelp, and pizza places in San Francisco.

How bad can his wrestling opinions be?

Is he a big John Cena fan or something? Does he enjoy the way TNA wraps up long-running storylines?

He thinks NWO was good up until like 2000, and he thinks Finlay is a bad wrestler.

He also claims to not like Glacier, but he totally likes Glacier.

The Ni No Kuni quicklook just confirmed what I got from the demo. The game looks so damn good and everything surrounding it is pretty top notch, but because I can't stand the combat I'll probably never grab it :( Such a cool concept too

It seems like you like so much about it that it's probably worth giving the full release a try, maybe the combat will click more as the game introduces you to it.

So, just theorising. but if they do play through all of the DMC trilogy and put it behind a paywall, doesn't that mean that they're now putting endurance runs behind the subscriber wall?

Though I can't actually remember if the stream is subscriber only.

My Ni No Kuni thoughts so far, about 10 hours in? (further than the quick look by a bit)

Game is a lot of fun. Love the story so far. Love the world. Love the combat with the exception of the A.I. refusing to block. But so far it hasn't been an issue.

If you love JRPGs at all, this is the game for you.

Didn't Glacier recently join Twitter or something? I could've sworn I read somewhere that he had some online presence now and that he's a cool guy.

So does brad play DMC3 as well? Or is that for another segment?

It seems like this will be an ongoing series.

The thing about DMC 3 is that despite all the press the original version received for it's high level of difficulty, the Gold Orb mode they added for the SE that gives you infinite continues and the ability to replay missions to farm Red Orbs, actually makes it more forgiving than DMC. So if Brad actually wanted to complete one game on the HD collection, that would be the best choice.

I never had the Special Edition, so I had no clue about this. Pretty dumb when you consider the original game already had cheat codes.
