I like the repetative art style of the "X"
Gives me good feelings in all the right places!
I question if we'll see Retro's title at E3. Nintendo's already teased us about a couple of titles, and obviously have yet to see any footage of 3D Mario, Mario Kart, Fire Emblem crossover, and even our first real look at Bayonetta 2. Perhaps Retro's title will be saved for next year, but who knows, we may learn more about it sooner than we think. Plus, Nintendo has to obviously show some new stuff for 3DS besides a better look at Pokemon X & Y. It makes you wonder if Nintendo will also be doing some big third-party parternships this year for 3DS projects too.

You forgot MegatenXFire Emblem, playable Mario Kart, Wii U Party, & (possibly), Wii U Sports.
Plus Pokemon XY and whatever else they have coming for 3DS.
Having been a part of disecting Pokemon trailers frame-by-frame in another life, it is amazing. Just think that this game could be 50+ hours. And we've seen 50 seconds of it.

I wonder if they'll show off Monolith Kyoto's 3DS game, too? May be too early in development though, the studio is less than 18 months old right now.
Eh they can't possible*hopefully* screw up like they did last year so it should be safe to hype this time.

Imagine if they made a Zelda game similar to this. A massive diverse world with monsters everywhere (you can use them to create tools like Monster Hunter, etc.). You can access any dungeon you want (but due to certain weapons/equipment needed there would be a loose order to follow) and they are also better integrated into the environment. Like you might enter a cave and at some point you realize it's actually a dungeon. I think that would be cool.
Nintendo's going to announce the game will have a total of 4 mechs of varying color for each party member, that can combine into one big mechanism that fucks shift up. In single player you control the whole while in multiplayer you will have time work together to control it. *crosses fingers*
That's why they announced it now.
Unfortunately, this is the same thing everyone was saying last year.

Like I said before, if MS and Sony are revealing their next gen consoles at this year E3, Nintendo MUST throw the house out of the window.
Who cares if Retro and Monolithsoft's games come out till 2015? they need the momentum at any cost.
To that, maybe we could include a new third party exclusive and the rest of the multiplatform games and we're set.

On the theme of youtube stats, the top demographic for every recent trailer is "male, 25-34".
divide that by the 15 times we have seen it each
thousands of those views must have been me.. assuming this will either be somethings very simalar or a sequel to xenoblade in HD makes me smile. So good.
Of course, they arent blind and if you see how Iwata has been acting while talking about the next Monolith RPG he always had that "proud daddy smile" on - they know how important it is to get such a game out in the first WiiU years - Xenoblade was great but Wii needed a title like this sooner, also for 3rd Partys to follow with their RPG content.

the hype to this game is so painful. I started over my Xenoblade file and the game is so god damn amazing.

Not possible, the view count will freeze at 301 and Youtube will comb throught the IPs/cookies to determine the valid views. People had the wrong perception too in the Gangnam Style thread, thinking there are tens of millions of duplicated views by the same person. If that was possible everyone would be raking in money.

It seems pretty far in development. Do you guys expect this for holiday2013? (Did they mention anything about release period?) Man, I will play this game to death.
I honestly think Mario Kart 8, Wind Waker HD, and possible new 3D Mario game will be released in Holiday 2013 so X would be pushed to be released in early 2014. (My guess would be Feb)

I hope so too but i really doubt that. Such a large scale game. .. Still looks very rough (but with loads of assets) in what they showed.

Just saw the X Trailer on my 46" TV via eShop....sooo good
