Zorua handled the neck thing much better by pretty much hiding it with its mane. :3
As cool as that is, Charizard and Blastoise look like ancient demons but Pikachu and Eevee look the same? :l

Also there are plenty of pokémon that look like they wouldn't be able to turn their head due to all the flesh and muscle in the way. =P

That's what I thought too, the first part, but then I just take a look at the neat Charizard and Blastoise and forget due to how nicely it's drawn.

Well as a kid, that should have actually motivated you more-so because you would have had a deeper care for the battling. It is quite dumb, but that is the Pokemon Anime from time to time.
Every vote for EatChildren is a vote for Chespin, though, so it doesn't matter.
