The video quality is really good. You shouldn't have anything to worry about.

And I think someone in the thread said earlier that the video doesn't expire, so you can watch the show again whenever.

I thought so too at one time, but they're really not. I haven't done DDP Yoga, but Beachbody videos (Power 90, P90X, Insanity, etc.) are the real deal. The P90X thread is a good resource for info.

i'm expecting shield to come out, do nothing, brad maddox or lesnar comes out, and fucks the rock over some how. can't strip punk of the title, and the whole backstage handshake of heyman and madd ox makes sense.
