Not true. Kids who grow up in the ghetto say "nigga" plenty regardless of their race. And rappers like Eminem pretty much get a pass when it comes to lyrics. It's not about trying to sound black with a lot of those types, it's about where you come from.
The President of the United States and his wife and kids are Black and do not act like the idiots on your campus. If those are the only Black people you see on campus maybe you should try and get out more.

Growing up I used to listen to some Korean rap and imagine my surprise to hear Jinusean using the n-word.

Point is you can use nigga in various contexts as long as you have the permission of the folks around you. In some instances it has nothing to do with trying to sound black.

If I were the guard I would've just shut the doors on them. Then if they tried to enter would've tased them. I don't feel sorry for those kids at all. It's the mothers fault they are like this, thinking its acceptable to treat other grown adults like this. I wonder what makes it okay to act like this in public?

Well I've never used the word before, I've just seen it online. Man, the english language sure has a lot of derogatory words. In Spanish we have the common cussing words and the equivalent of "queer or faggot" but I cant think of anything else. Oh, we also have gringo but nowadays it's an acceptable word, at least where I'm from.

Its incredibly simple actually. Create social programs and turn social policy into improving their communities. Contrary to popular belief, white people weren't always so cheery. The crime rate in America was actually HIGHER than it is now. Though while I doubt that they were as "lost" as these people are, its still a good point to bring, things were pretty bad back then. But overtime the nation worked on raising the pay for jobs, creating jobs to fix the local infrastructure, retool the police, remove prohibition etc. If the nation spend twice as much as they currently do on gang prevention programs, end the drug war, retool the welfare system, give easier access to adequetely waged jobs while having little education, fix infrastructure, build better schools, etc. you would see radical change overtime. Unfortuantely we have hard enough times raising taxes, putting in minor gun regulations, and just keeping our dismal welfare system in place. The government works toward rich white people and not the working class, let alone poor people in the ghettos.
Unfortunately shit like this can take some time. But I highly doubt that those black students were as bad and were as many as say black students those in the highschool those kids in the video will go to. And as I stated above this isn't really the first time this has happened. Remember the leather jacket knife wielding whites from the 1950s?

As a parent, they need to teach their kids some respect and learn to not act like that in public. It starts with the parents. My kid will NEVER act like this in public.
Yeah I noticed when learning spanish that the curse words are pretty limited lol. In English I have quite an arsenal at my disposal if I want to curse someone out. From Mild to "Holy fuck someone is gonna die over this word"

Right so you should sympathize with the plight of the kids.
Well, nigger in itself is just another way of saying negro, so in itself nigger would be a perfectly acceptable word to use, but the percieved meaning of the term is very different and i still have no idea what a nigger is when used in a racist connection except that it is just aimed to offend. So a wigger in this case would only have to be a racial slur against certain people (white people) since it takes the percieved racial meaning of nigger and targets it to another audience, therefore it only excists to offend.
So yeah i agree it shouldnt really be a word to use.
Now that would make for an awkward conversation.

This a good question, I hate brats as much as I hate bad parents. I feel sorry for a child who is not influenced by the bad behavior of a childish parent and feel pressure and abuse in that environment. There are plenty of examples of children just somehow turning out better than a parent. Although these are very young kids it seemed they are well trained in bad behavior. They are little tyrants.
The whole thing started because the guard yelled "HEY!" when the brats were screaming, the moms got into the guard's face to defend the little brat's right to scream. The kids were already doomed before this started. I only feel sorry that there are so many of them in that awful path to ruin.
in this case the moms are the same age as those babies

Never really had a problem saying nigger in the Netherlands, though I never had problems with people calling me coolie(koelie) either. For me the context matters. Wouldn't dare to say it in US though, gotta adjust to the local customs.

Saying "neger" in Brabant isn't really offending as far as name calling goes, but calling somebody "zwarte" (black one) will mostly get you in trouble and offend black people easily.
