Episode 7, Jet Alone, is as close as it gets to be honest. There's little in that episode that's not covered anywhere else about Misato's life. Also, the entire first half of episode 14 is literally filler recap.

Again an enjoyable episode, Dera is at the top of his game and I can get behind the main cast.
Aside from a few cuts, the animation wasn't as exciting as in the previous eps, many expressions felt like they could have been better polished and a lot of stiff movements. I guess I shouldn't expect everything to be as smooth as in Nishiya or Horiguchi episodes, since they're among the best Kyoani sakkans, and Seiichi Akitake (in charge of this ep) is not as good.

I liked the storyboard and directing, it shows that Rika Ota is Yamada's pupil, lol.

Pretty good digital processing and photography for the firework parts, even if it's just the standard Kyoani approach. They've really been honing their skills in this area and it shows.

And I continue to find the music and its implementation odd. According to ANN, the composer Tomoko Kataoka is a newbie, I dig her style. Sure helps to give a really laid-back atmosphere even in more "tense" parts like Mochizou and Midori's little fight.

Next episode is Prince episode at last! I wonder what he is going to add to the story and interaction. I don't really have high hopes though, but let's see.

If you are going to cheat, you better learn how to do it right. It's far better to cheat with girls who are already in committed relationships. That way they are emotionally conflicted, and you can remain distant while they worry about their own guilt. The best way to do this is while you're with a girl you already don't care about, that way you're not at a loss if anyone tries to blackmail you. If you don't get emotionally involved, and have your shit sorted out, you can basically have sex with anyone that you want. But never lead anyone on. Especially not if she's sweet.
