I can't help but find him hot but in the same time where is something I can't define about him that I find repulsive.

Hummels on the other side is just right:

I'm so fucking stoked for Juve - Fiorentina tomorrow. I think it's mostly because CL is right behind the corner, but still. It's just too bad Momo Sissoko isn't ready to play yet. I have no idea how he could possibly fit into Motenella's style of possession-based football, though.

Robben is such a bastard. Complaining again about Heynckes. After the netherlands game he said: "It's a great feeling when the coach (van Gaal) trusts you"

for fucks sake robben. just shut ur fucking mouth. after all what u did to us last year, thats the least thing u can do. fucking hell.

Bla, how much could Bayern be asking for him, if they were to get rid of him in the summer?

I just read an article about Neuer. It's crazy that he really joined us. I'm sure he was one of those guys who always cursed about the FC Bayern in the youth. And now he is our #1 keeper. Not bad.

I have a feeling that Archangel is
Garrus

I hope so anyway

Garrus is one my favourite characters of this generation. It's such a shame that we probably won't see him again. At least that's what I believe as I doubt they will revisit these characters from the next Mass Effect onwards.

I have a sneaky feeling Robben will leave. :(

Mass Effect 4 will take place during the Reaper threat and offer a side story to it. It's just the easiest way for BioWare to do it and BioWare love the easy way these days. They'll find a way to shoehorn the original trilogy folk in.

DOUBLE POST I DONT GIVE A FUCK

Why are we letting CWhickz go out on loan now? If Fletch or DGramz get fucked we are fucked too FUCK

I rate Ronaldo as a better winger than Beckham. But you want in-his-prime Beckham in the team for his dead ball ability. So I'd shaft a great striker to have both of them in my side.

His crossing as well, in open play. Very consistent and always seemed to put it in the right areas for strikers. Who needs to beat their man when you can plop it in the six yard box for your strikers to tap in, time after time after time?

Becks wouldn't make my XI, maybe not even the bench, but his efforts in 99 mean he is a United legend forever and a day. Truly incredible that season.

I think he is under-rated by the general football fan nowadays, partly because he's half celebrity I suppose.

But technically he has always been a wonderful player. Best crosser of the ball I've ever seen, easily.

I think he's overrated for that very reason.

He definitely wouldn't get near my premier league XI.

----------------- Schmeichel ----------------

Neville ---- Ferdinand -- Adams ----- Cole

Ronaldo --- Scholes --- Viera ------ Giggs

------------- Shearer -- Henry -------------

Subs:
Cech
Campbell
Makelele
Beckham
Owen

I think Ljungberg and Pires are missing from most people's teams, at least on the subs bench. People underestimate their influence during the invincibles season (especially Pires, as he dived against Portsmouth to get a penalty, a game they would have lost otherwise).

I'll have a go at an XI, will be touch.

Cech
Neville Ferdinand Terry Cole
Ronaldo Scholes Gerrard Vieira Giggs
Henry

Subs - Schmikes, Adams, Keane, Bergkamp, Shearer

Something like that I think. I can't remember enough of Schmeichel to be sure so I went with Cech.

They were wonderful players, especially Pires, but I think they're a level below most of the names in many of these teams. IMO anyways. Overmars was better than either.

Hitcher, and willing others, throw a best 11 of the premier league era at me. You're allowed 5 substitutes (as unbalanced a selection as ye like).

Try not to be partisan, innit.

Schmeichel
Neville - Adams - Ferdinand - Cole
Ronaldo - Keane - Scholes - Giggs
Henry - Bergkamp

Seaman, Desailly, Vieira, Shearer, Zola

off the top of my head. Might try and fit VDS/Cech/Gerrard/Lampard/Ruud in there somewhere given more choice. Lots of fucking great players.

Both had distinct advantages over one another. Close enough to come down to bias from either side I think
Gerrard is comfortably a better player IMO.

Keane however had an aura which IMO, of course I am biased, makes even Gerrard's incredible influence look timid. He contributed to turning United into England's top team outside of the 90 mins as much as he did during matches.

Gerrard is a better football player though, personally I don't think it's very close when it comes to ability on the pitch.

Pires was fantastic, yeah. Wouldn't have had Ljungberg but Pires is certainly one of the very top players.

As is Makelele, who I forgot about as well. Given 16 spaces though its hard to pick that shit.

Fuck u sal

Only mancs would put Keane ahead of Gerrard.

Only Fry would put Schweinsteiger above Xavi

Schmeichel and Seaman are the best two GKs I've seen in my days.

The former especially. Without him Man United wouldn't have been as successful as they were.

Heck, Newcastle would have won a PL title if it wasn't for Schmeichel!

Apparently we are wanting to sign Connor Wickham on loan. It was rumoured but Mandaric has confirmed we're looking into it to one of our local journo's, which is significant as both Milan and Jones are normally very secretive with regards to our transfer activity. Usually say nothing until the ink's dry.

Hixx? Any thoughts? I know he was rated highly by Ipswich but I've seen nothing of him since he went to Sunderland.

I know it's inflated executive talk but

Andy Green ‏@andersred

Worth noting that #MUFC execs told potential investor on roadshow that future transfer budget would be inline with historic levels.

Not sure if that means historic in terms of making history or just having the same amount as previously.

Well boo then.
It was very much a throwaway comment. One of many on the roadshow.

Our "historical" transfer spend is £20m/£25m. I think we will stick closer to the £40m we spent in the 2 previous summers. Which I personally think is enough, even though it could and should be alot more.

In his article he mentioned that the club has earmarked 40 different sectors in which it wants to seek sponsorship deals and currently we are on 13. Madness.

The next year or two will be interesting. The club is safe now. Debts have fallen £400m over the last 2 years. Will be alot of disposable income in the hands of the Glazers from now on.
