Last year we only passed MAC, which is generally night-shift's responsibility. MCM was an embarassment, we were looking okay going into the last 2 months of the 'window' then we had like 8 MCM visits in a row with under 40% satisfaction rates. £120 down the drain because our day-shift can't manage to be fucking polite to customers for 7 hours a day

I'll always be interested in consoles, slightly less so this time seeing as I have a good PC. I'll be there day one non the less.
I don't really have any preference going into Next-Gen, from the early rumours Orbis sounds more interesting. MS seem to be moving in a direction that doesn't really interest me.

I've never been a PC gamer but I am warming to the idea of getting a gaming laptop and maybe starting up.
However, I will always be a console gamer first and foremost (for as long as the hardware/software interests me). I am a PS3 owner but was considering Microsoft for next gen. Will see once the announcements are made before I make my choice. Software-wise I expect more from Sony's first party studios but I dunno, anything to do with online and Sony just doesn't impress me there.

Third person shooters I can understand wanting a controller for, but first person? People who prefers controllers with that are freaks and should be punished for their sins. The problem isn't worse than you can just plug in your controller though...

I sort of agree with this. Having analogue stick movement would be an improvement. But having all the other keys around WASD is useful.
