Lol.

Nope.

You can't just shoulder someone and say you're making fair contact. You have to be making an attempt to win the ball.

You push the other player off the ball and then take the ball yourself. You aren't going directly for the ball as its not a challenge. If the ball is in a distance that you can play, it's a fair charge.

Good point.

The game should involve you more in the process of generating more money for your club. Especially with how things are in the sport these days.

In FM do United sign all sorts of corporate deals like an official toilet paper supplier and official supplier of furniture polish for Froggie's office.

No, you cannot ever push a player off the ball, be it with your arms, shoulder, back or ass.

You can block him, or run alongside and out muscle him.

You can't run behind somebody, lean in with your shoulder until they lose balance and run away with the ball.

If you are not making an attempt to win the ball and are impeding the other player it is a foul.

Arsenal spend so much money in FM, lol. I sold them Yassine Benzia (this guy is absolutely incredible) for $55m with a 50% sell-on clause and they just bid $40m for some German regen RB. Got $37.5m (50% sell-on) for Alex Sandro from them a few years prior.

The key is that you have to be in control of the ball if you're going to push someone off it with your shoulder. And you can't be in control of the ball if you're behind a player that's running with it.

So can someone then explain, if it wasn't a fair charge, why it wasn't called as a penalty?

Go ahead and be honest.
Because

1) Atkinson was behind Yaya Toure, in a poor position. He may have thought Yaya wasn't making any contact or much contact and the Saints player went down easily. He should have been in a better position to see it.

or

2) He bottled it.

He sat and thought about it for a few seconds. I don't buy "he bottled it." Why didn't the linesmen call a foul? They kept their flags down.

I don't know why they didn't give it.

They should have.

If the argument is the officials didn't give it and had time to think about it so surely it isn't against the rules...well, that's not a good argument.

Roman abramovich interested in Pellegrini? Now I seen everything. so says punto pelota.
so much for mou to chelsea. matters not, I'm more interested to see if Pelle can succeed in the epl.

Southampton starting the second half as they started the first. That was a good chance for Puncheon. City carved open again.

LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL

Holy fuck Assassin what are you doing.

Where is the pace on our players? It's like they're not using the trigger and everyone on Soton is.
