Rising healthcare costs of aging populations are a serious issue. It should have been addressed years ago, instead it was put off because the problem can always be delayed by taking out debt. In reality the issue could have been addressed if they had instead raised taxes to preemptively save for this kind of thing. But because of the selfishness that is human nature it was much easier to put this off onto the younger generations. FUCK THAT.
