Something is messed up with my game. I am getting super low framerates no matter that I tried turning everything to low.

The reason I am using ridiculously old drivers is Mass Effect 3.

I haven't finished the game yet and these old drivers seem to be the only ones that allow me to use MSAA and SGSAA with this game. And the game is a jaggy mess without so I can't change the drivers!

Then just add the SLI bit from the latest driver in Nvidia Inspector manually for the C3.exe

You probably forgot to install some of all that Framework stuff.
