Steam is $60, or $45 if you get a Brazilian to help you. You get BioShock 1, Xcom, and TF2 items.
Brazilians, horrible to play Dota 2 with, helpful with game prices.
So, it occured to me the other day that this is my most anticipated "entertainment event" of this year.
That includes albums being released, films, TV shows etc. This trumps them all, easily.
I suppose I'll hold off on the first two until I beat Infinite. I've already played them but I wanted to relive the experience.
Maybe. Idk :/
Well at least you played them. I worry about the people who havent played either of them yet and want to jump into them now before release. I wouldn't want any burning out to occur that would hamper the enjoyment out of Infinite.

Can't wait! Got this bundled with a video card. AMD's supposed to send out an email with a Steam code "as soon as the code is available". So I hope the means sometime prior to launch day. Need that preload!
So hyped for some more Bioshock. I think The Last of US is the only other game this year i'm even close to being this excited about. Watching all of the trailers and previews has really got me trying to guess where the story is gonna go. Hopefully they will be able to top the Would You Kindly reveal and blow my mind.
I the handlebar mustache Handyman model officially out?

Up close and personal look at what comes with the Premium and Songbird Editions

The Handyman figure looks like one of those MuscleMen figures from the 80s.
Also, I didnt know about the in-game power ups received, like the money bonus for finding the audiologs.
I for the life of me can't find the Pre-Order Season Pass for Bioshock Infinite on the US PS Store
I see it as BSI + Season Pass for $79.99, but no stand alone...
WHAT THE FUCK!?!
Can anyone help me here?
According to what Wells said in the Heavy Hitters video last year, yes. He said they tried a few different heads before they settled on "the one" which was the clean shaven/bald one first unveiled in that video. There was a some pretty vocal disappointment and bitching about it (mostly by me) but I don't think they gave a shit. My only guess is that they decided the mustache/coiffed version was too comical (or at least seemed too comical to the dudebros in their focus tests) and they wanted him to look more tragic. Whatever.

So we're all playing on Hard right? I don't have any interest in 1999 Mode.

That's a shame. If there are supposed to be several of them in the world though, it'd make sense to have a few variations (hell, even like the Rosies and Bouncer Big Daddies).
Does this link work for you? http://j.mp/ZmNhHF
Also, I need to get my gaf title changed, since I just started at Irrational on Monday of this week, so you'll be seeing a lot of me in the near future when it comes to BioShock Infinite and Irrational Games in general.

RIP mustached Handyman

Has it been confirmed he's no longer in the game? I know they've shown the balding Handyman, but I was hopeful they had more than one type and he was still in the game.
He's in the game, but he look like this now.

So that's the only Handyman? There aren't other types/designs?
Such a shame if that's the case. I was hoping we'd see moustached Handy make an appearance later in the game.
Playing through the original BioShock again went back to easy mode to get the audio diaries and do some other achievements this game is still incredible.
So far that's the only one they've shown since the redesign.
Anyway, here's a bit of a barebones impression from USA Today. The opening moments of the game are mentioned, so you may want to skip out if you don't want any plot details.

Voxophones, kinetoscopes, and salts (and how to obtain them) are mentioned, as well as the effects of possession. They also touch on the gameplay involving skylines.
As for combat, Infinite feels a lot like the original BioShock, so there was a sense of comfort despite visiting new surroundings. Players carry a weapon in their right hand, such as a pistol, machine gun or carbine. Plasmids have been replaced by Vigors, replenished by collecting salts through food or other items.
Two key wrinkles help diversify Infinite's combat, the first of which are skylines players use to hop between sections of the city. Glowing green orbs flash on skylines and buildings, allowing DeWitt to attach with his magnetically-charged Skyhook. Combining combat with skyline travel is tricky, and can leave you feeling a little disoriented at times. Once players get the hang of it, skylines kick up the pace and generate some dramatic sequences. It's also a great way to enter a fight, as you pounce on unsuspecting enemies from above.
Elizabeth will also react to her surroundings. She's also helpful by ... tossing health packs, and never feels like she gets in the way.
Yeah I plat'ed it not too long ago finally. It took me years to finally break down and use a guide to find every single audio diary. That was always the one troph/cheev I was missing.

No $19.99 Season Pass Pre-Order Option (don't you get extra bonuses if you do this? or am I confused?)
I want to just get it done, that's all, hate seeing money in Network Wallet lol, get the itch to spend >.>;
Played the game for like 2 hours today on a press event (PC version).... I really loved every second of it, the wait was worth it![]()
