I'm really glad to see people discovering spec ops. Sure, it doesn't have an incredibly brilliant gameplay and has the most generic name ever but it tries to do something interesting. It's a product of its time, it's pretty meta in what it says about the current state of gaming but it's a really special game.
I think not playing it is missing out on something.
Because more UK people need to see this (from the Vita thread):

Playing Spec Ops as well right now.
I don't like shooters and the gameplay is weak, but all the praise about the story keeps me interested.
I'm pretty early into the game, I just got to the part where you get a sniper rifle for the first time, and the story is already pretty interesting IMO

Most likely will fail to work. Besides most of the trials fail to work if you ever have had a plus subscription on that account even if it has run out.
Do you mean tears? They added some sort of "sweat technology" to the game. Sometimes it goes over their eyes. Yes, it's a bit weird.

Well, I got the £20 PSN+ GAME deal so that takes me up to June next year! Let's hope Sony keeps delivering and this carries over to PS4 somehow - even if its somewhat cut-down like the Vita side of things.
I still wish they'd concentrate more on PSN games etc - but that's simply me being selfish because I already have a rental plan with Lovefilm for retail games. I can't rent PSN games though!

I thought the download list was sorted by purchase date, descending, to begin with? Maybe try deleting your ID and logging back in?
No.
They are until you add more time to a PS+ subscription then all the dates of your previous PS+ content in your download list is updated to reflect the new date.
For example, I've been a Day 1 PS+ subscriber that has never let it lapse. When I added more time just recently all of my games going back to the first ones that I downloaded back in June 2010 were updated with the date I added time. That means if I want to see anything I didn't get for free from PS+ I first have to scroll through every piece of free PS+ content that I've download since I first joined in June 2010.
well I just got my PS+ code for my first ever year! I figured its now or never, more so cause Sony UK is finally putting things on that I don't already own. plus the game £19.99 offer was kinda like a no brainer....buuuuuuuuut my store won't start!! lol.

Making a US account is easy, get US PSN codes from Amazon and just use any US billing address like say Google California's.
I have a US account. Does uk psn plus transfer over or something?

Finally dropped some cash and got PS+. Got Rayman Origins and having a blast with waifu. I really wanna play spec ops, but I got myself the ending spoiled :\

Redeem the code then buy 1 Year of Plus from US Store, mochuu's said that if you buy 1 year of Plus from the US Store it'll count as $50 and thus are awarded $10 in April.
EDIT: I need to have $30 added to my US account so this way I could spend a total of 200 or 250 by the end of March (course I'd be left with $10 or less by the time April rolls in), but for the life of me I can't find anywhere that sells $10 PSN codes for $10 =_=.
sooooo how's the splinter cell hd trilogy? i played CT when it came out on xbox and loved it, is this a good port? i'm really interested in getting them (and the 3d intrigues me), anyone think it's not worth 20 bucks?

Also, a side note. I've returned to PS3 after a PC break and started a new account. I can't find a list to pop my PSN name on GAF to get some PSN friends for possible good times;p
