I have a few trophies from some 1 hour demos. There won't be a problem, that would be big news if it was that glitched.
Really wish it was downported to vita instead of up to ps3.
REALLY hard to find time in front of a tv for a jrpg.
It was announced (maybe even released) on the PS3 before the Vita was announced.

Damned automatic psn+ renewal...is there any way I can get my money back? Sony charged me for another 90 days subscription and I'm moving overseas next month whitout my ps3...

So I just installed a 1TB hard drive. But can someone explain this to me? I understand I don't get a full 1TB to use, but is the PS3 actually using 100GB for system files or something?
IIRC the PS3 OS actually uses a specific percentage of the disk space off the top, like 10% or 15% or something. This is regardless of disk size.
Best way to browse history is through the XMB.

Im the process of re-downloading all my content to the new hard drive. I've been a PS+ member since last summer so this is going to take a while. It will eb very nice to finally have all my games on my HD and not worry about space.

Also I ran into a weird problem when installing it. I removed my old hard drive, put the new one in, and my PS3 wouldn't boot up properly. Put the old drive in, same error. I had to download a PS3 update to a external hard drive so the PS3 could restore itself for some reason. PS3 was completely wiped. Weird. Everything is good now though.
Only launch systems have enough onboard flash to store the full firmware. Everything else has just enough flash to store the bare essentials for bootup, the rest of the firmware is stored on the HDD which is why you need to reinstall it every time you install a new HDD or format it.

having asked this in the stupid gaming question thread, but thought here would also be a suitable place to ask
i've just download mortal kombat as its free on ps+ in europe
i went to try and play online and oddly it is asking me for an online pass
just wondering what i did wrong? or is it just busted? hopefully somebody can help

should be in your download list.
Probably one of two things.
1) you forgot to download the online pass and you'll need to go into your download history and redownload it
2) you tried to play it with your Canadian PSN account. Online passes only work for the account that purchased/redeemed it.

didn't try and play on any other psn account
and i presumed it would be in my download list but it is nowhere to be seen, all that is there is the ps3 version and the vita version

Why do we always get the bad deals on PS+?
I honestly think you went a bit too far with "Okami HD > Demons' Souls." But EU PS+ definitely consistently gets newer and better games. I don't really have much of a problem with what we get compared to them, other than them getting more Vita games and the US consistently getting PSP games instead.

call up their customer service number and explain the situation they're pretty flexible about things but if all else fails just start crying as hard as you can, that always works.
