Also take a look at TR: Anniversary which is on sale too. You have to use the PS3 to copy it to your Vita, but it runs quite well and is arguably the best choice if you want to play an "original" Tomb Raider game without sacrificing some graphical and control fidelity.

Yup, Motorstorm only works on Vita in EU. NA gets the Burnout games instead, while EU doesn't.

I just noticed that LKS and Muramasa are connected to Marvelous (AQL). I hope we get No More Heroes and Arc Rise Fantasia for Vita though.

Muramasa looks a bit worse then the Wii version imo.
Maybe it's because the higher resolution reveals artifacts in the original art, or maybe it's because they had to downgrade some assets to make it run on Vita smoothly.

Whatever the case, there are places where the art is jaggy and blurry (like rivers and the ocean) in noticeable, off-putting ways.

Note: don't own the game myself, but I got to play it at a friend's place last night.

How sturdy is that, though? I had power grips for my PSP-1001, and the PSP kept getting loose whenever I would press too hard on the buttons or nub. Basically pressing hard on one side would kind of twist it out of the grips.

Ended up using duct tape, but I'm not sure that's feasible with a Vita.

It's extremely sturdy. With it locked in, it all feels like one unit. I normally just hold it one handed by the grip handle to carry it about and never worry about it coming apart.

Just finished updating and now downloading Gravity Rush and Trails in the Sky (only have a 4gb memory card) and have LBP Vita on game card (came with the system) and P4G coming. Really need to get a bigger memory card as I have so many other games I would like to have it on (Uncharted, MGS HD Collection, P3P).

I hope that price drop in EDF is enough to get some more players. I had a blast playing it thrugh solo the first time. Then I played online a few times and its a riot. However It slowly went from 3-5 games at a time on the list (so pretty damn low) down to 0-1. I would happily play that game again if its online comes alive again.

on a sad not I knocked my vita off the table and it popped out the PDP trigger grip. The grip lost its tiny ridges that hold it in place. Means the slightest twist and it pops out.

I got that when I was in the states. Not released here till march.

Still having used it without the grip for a few days im already used to it so its not a real issue. Still nicer with the grip though.

Correct, I bought and tried this last night. Which is comically bad because I believe it was transferable back when there was the homebrew hack for it. It's probably just a checkbox on the backend to that makes it transferable or not.

Common Sony please, make fix. Pointless to put it on sale and leave it unplayable..... considering the Vita is the main attraction.

I tried for about 25 hours. The amount of times I fell asleep playing it in bed I had to stop for fear of dropping the Vita off the side of the bed itself. I think the combat was kinda clever. But the story goes no where ever and if you have THAT much text the story needs to be good.

And i have read boring stories. If i can push through the 4th game of thrones book* then I would have thought I could read anything. TiTs beat me.

*Before the pitch forks arrive, books 1,2,3 and 5 are the best things I have ever read.

LBP first. The story is just a few hours long. Then you can go to Gravity Rush, then Trails, and then back to LBP to play some user created levels.

I'll post my impressions of the demo once it finishes downloading.

Yep, I'd say 3 stars sounds about right. The game looks really good. It runs smoothly (can't tell what framerate) at Native res, and I think it may even have a bit of AA (I don't see jaggies). But from my playthrough of the demo, the graphics is all this game has going for it. Gameplay is dull and slow. Hope your impressions highlight something that I may be missing, cos I found this demo rather boring.

you know theres a number of people who gripe about transfer times, for some reason it doesn't take that long for me - maybe i just don't notice the time it takes as i'm typically doing something else as it's loading.

I'm guessing you have PS+? I big tip I learned with gravity rush from a gaffer was when in the air press up on the dpad ( or is it triangle?) either way that recenters your camera and is very helpful...

enjoy the vita - the machine is amazing. and some great games on it.

I'll suggest Uncharted, New little kings story, and hot shots golf.... sonic racing, virtua tennis and persona 4g are also very popular here. lots more great suggestions too i havent said... don't forget about PSN games and some minis. some gems can be found there.

VanWinkle posted a photo for the official one, the magic thing about it is the digital to audio converter which give a better audio quality.

as for Kid Icarus stand I heard it's good for DJMax
