With that lost, most of the appeal to him is gone.

By upgrade I mostly meant, as a stronger looking Pokemon or something that would actually be an "evolution/advacement" of Mewtwo ala Electabuzz or Magmar; You will find me loving Gen 5's art the most actually.

I'll take the 80% of Gen 1's designs that are decent/coherent over the 30% that comprise the last two gens.
