I'm one trophy away from the platinum in Persona 4 Golden. Why is Hardcore Risette Fan only bronze?

I ragequit P4G on my second playthrough when a glitch forced me to shut down and lose 3 hours of date. I had just fused a Persona and then instead of returning to the menu of possible Personas I could fuse it just stayed on the image of Igor/Margaret/Marie sitting in the back of the velvet room and no matter what I did I couldn't do anything. Frustrating. Also the risette fan trophy is stupid.

Top of page recommendation: Castlevania Dracula X Chronicles (PSP)
Remade version of the best old-style castlevania and INCLUDES symphony of the Night and the original Rondo of blood as unlockables. A lot of content here.

Zero Escape: Virtue's Last Reward
Would highly recommend 999 first but even so this game blew my god damn mind. I personally prefer it far more than 999 so even if you thought 999 was only "ok" this is certainly worth a look. Also probably the easiest platinum on the Vita (with the possible exception of Playstation All-Stars.)

DOA5+ at #10 is very sad(because it is one of top 3 ports on Vita and that effort deserve better)but then again Tecmo made a huge mistake giving DOA5 PS3 for free on PS+ just before the release of the game on Vita.

Yep, it's sad. It bombed in every region, but that's what happens when you quietly release games. Most websites didn't have previews (let alone reviews - IGN is the only big name website that reviewed it), and Team Ninja never released any direct-feed gameplay, opting instead to drip-feed bullshots and bullvideos of the PS3 version.

Their own fault. I don't care, Tecmo has nothing else worth buying, and DOA6 (whenever it comes out) will do just fine over remote play.

Success! He impulse bought the PSV, PSN+ (for Gravity Rush and VLR) and also bought SFxT.

His PSV was second-hand and it came with a 4GB stick. He's going to buy a 32GB stick later and bought my 8GB stick off of me. He'll take it when my 16GB stick arrives =).

Funnily enough, his second-hand Vita has Touch My Katamari's demo on it (so it WAS delisted) -- so I can give it a go.

EDIT: I tried Touch My Katamari, and as I thought, it wasn't very fun since it's a mobile Katamari. Oh well.

He also had a PSP with mostly JPN imported games, and is going to order P4G asap (not rent like me).

As I said before, it's all because he tried out Gravity Rush. I can't believe they didn't use it for advertisement here in the UK.

yeah I really think the game should be like $10 seeing how short it is.

IGN said it's a five and half hour game. However, I always get stuck in metroidvania games. So, I figure at least 7+ hours for me.

yeah,it is actually very decent,I'm really shocked that I'm enjoying a game from the genre again (last game I liked from the genre was Chaos Legion).

It seems like practically every non-Sony-published Japanese Vita game is native res. Granted, most of them aren't quite as graphics intensive, but still.

Yea I totally expect it to be $11.99 for plus memebers. Mass said it was about 15 hours to platinum and that is a lot of content to me. though game length is not nearly as important to me as some of you. I rather a game leaving me wanting more than leave me bored halfway through. I played Journey for 2 hours total and it was easily my game of the year.

My liking for Trails in the Sky has taken a turn for the worse. Was on my way to town from the farm with little HP and one character dead. I kept getting lost because of shifting camera angles and paths looking like each other, I get a Surprise attack. I die. I have to go back to title screen. All my progress lost ~2 hours lost. You probably should delete everything in the settings as it deactivates the vita also, the games stay under your account so you can download them if you decide to get a vita again.

I work long hours, go to school working towards a masters in the evening, and have an 8-month old daughter. With all that I've been able to slowly chip away at it and have accumulated 60+ hours of playtime so far. You'll be fine. The game is fine tuned for pick up and play.

I guess it has to do with the console-level graphical effects that Sony keeps pushing (gotta back up that "portable PS3" claim). Soul Sacrifice, for example, uses a lighting effect that I've never seen on the Vita before (IIRC it's called god rays or something).

Like I said, it really is finely tuned for pick-up-and-play. There are save spots like every 5 minutes. That, and Vita save states, make it probably the only JRPG I'll ever be able to play for the foreseeable future. Take it in slowly and have fun!
