Vita PSN Game & Service Thread | April 2013 | Sacrifice your Independent Soul

Top 10 PS Vita Games
Atelier Totori Plus: The Adventurer of Arland with Bonus DLC
Nun Attack
Urban Trial Freestyle PS Vita
Sine Mora PS Vita
Persona4 Golden
Rocketbirds: Hardboiled Chicken
MLB 13 The Show PS Vita
Dokuro
PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale PS Vita
Dead or Alive 5 Plus

I have to ask is Soul Sacrifice going to be a good buy? Also for sports game fans out there is MLB 13 for the Vita a good buy? Finally as for why i quoted this I have to say Atelier is really fun (although the DLC is unnecessary) Persona 4 was fun as well. If you like Atelier you should also look up Mana Khemia (although it is much easier and slower paced than Atelier) it uses mostly the same alchemy system.

Hi, I am Chris, I platinumed Guacamelee. Ask Me Anything...

do you think if I brought my vita with Guacamelee playing on it to a night club that I would have better luck with the ladies?

I would never go to a night club and am married, I just wanted to ask a question he wouldn't be expecting :P

No grinding required.

Any discrepancies between the vita version and PS3 version??? Major differences?

Which version was more ideal? Which looked cleaner, and which did you prefer?

That globe and mail review kinda bogged me down. I'm still getting the game though, just curious on a few things.

In particular, cross-save, cross-controller (especially this, how was it? Does it handle good? Is it similar to LBP 2 cross controller on the vita?), and I heard the game has co-op. Is it online co-op and does it work with the vita version?

Can I technically play this game with co-op with another bud if we have 2 vitas?

Sold my Vita a while ago, but before I did, I downloaded the LBP Vita demo.

Was looking through my download list via PS3 today, saw this - anyone else get this glitch? Free copy of LBP Vita... Shame I don't have the thing anymore. I can guarentee I didn't buy it, I'm not a fan of LBP... This was before PS+ hit Vita as well. I'd advise anyone who tried the demo to check their DL history

All good questions!

I'd like to know as well

No mp on Vita, that is for PS3 only and it is local co-op.

I didn't do any of the cross controller stuff (I wasn't the person reviewing the game) so I can't really comment on that. I did do the mini-map on Vita at one point, worked fine. Cross save works as intended, upload file to cloud and grab it on either system.

I liked the PS3 version better, DS3 feels better in my hand than a Vita for long play sessions.

Well crap. I guess it wasn't a big deal breaker for me but I hate it when I get misinformed by someone about something and take it for certain. I can never trust word of mouth things these days, especially from /v/.

Its still all good, I planned to co-op with someone online but it looks like that won't be happening. He told me it had online co-op. Boy is he going to be disappointed...

Still curious to see how cross-controller works.

Any idea when are we getting the $10 back from the $50 purchase? I think the only info they gave is April... Any new info?

April 12th I heard.

In fact thanks for reminding me, I've got at least $40 coming my way, I'm gonna hold off on my Guacamelee purchase until then.

MLB13 for the Vita is a good buy. RTTS alone is worth it.

if anyone has any info they think would be good for it PM me and ill add in morning... even if basic info. better to double check than not.

5.5hrs first playthough (normal) + another 4 or so to get 100%
4.5 hrs to beat again on hard

How long on average does it take to finish SOTN? I finished that game a million times, but it's been a long time since my last playthrough so I don't remember how long it took.

Fuck yes, I'm in if it happens.
I already supported it on Steam and will instantly rebuy if it's ported to Vita.
Game is AMAZING.

6.5-13 hours, I think, depending on what you're going for.

The guys on the playstation blog were talking about psns spring game event on psn, information on what to expect during the promotion was supposed to go up yesterday according to the last podcast, but I have not seen anything yet. Anyone seen any information posted about this?

I know hotline miami had a "spring" timetable last time i saw so im hoping we will get that soon, hoping with Sonys new indie push that we will see a good amount of quality stuff over the next couple months.

Actually thats only the demo! U need to purchase the online key to get the full game. This happens to many games. Resistance, Lumines etc!
