Did our parents have to live in fear like this? Like when they were our age did they have to consider that a crazy might bomb / shoot them for no reason. I mean robberies and homicides happen, but this is just crazy.

Well, my mom grew up in the 1950's, and lived through the entirety of the Civil Rights movement, where blacks were routinely harassed and accosted, and killed, even by those sworn to protect them (the Police), so, yeah, my parents definitely grew up living in fear.

This is a horrible, horrible tragedy, and hopefully whoever is responsible is captured, and there isn't any more lives in danger. This kind of thing just infuriates me. There is no reason, justice, or cause in atrocities like this.
