I find myself annoyed more at US Store not updating 'on time' then I would on EU PSN, weird...
I wish I knew what it is that Gung Ho does that lets them release 4+ Japanese PSX games every 2 weeks but the bigger companies take forever to release at least 1 freaking PSX game.

What would 'athenticating procedure' mean?
EU PSN got the Plus content and other stuff up on the (web)store very early last week, I think a little after 12 PM GMT.

Well I wouldn't know anything about the inner-workings of their servers. Though I'm guessing they have different servers responsible for different regions. If that's the case, one region being up shouldn't guarantee the others too.

All GC jokes aside, I hope Sony gets thier shit together when PS4 launches. Spread out updates for PS3/4/V, hire more people, or something. It's been almost 7 years since PSN has been up and they still can't get it together.

Hell, they can't even answer the questions on the blog that posters have been asking for 3 months: "Will PSN digital purchases of SS get the preorder bonuses?".
Sony will never get it together. I'm so glad I'm abandoning consoles and shifting to PC this year. I cannot wait to get my new setup built and up and running and then say good riddance to crap like this. *sigh*

If by tomorrow you mean Wednesday, then it's already Wednesday in mi country as I type this.
I really feel bad for people waiting on these updates week after week. I just checked the store, wanting to start the downloads for Soul Sacrifice Demo-that will help me decide if I'm buying or passing on that since I'm still unsure and the download for Dragon Fantasy. The former may take a while with my connection at the moment. The latter should be very quick.
The bottom line is all these running jokes and how slow SCEA is to do all this stuff isn't good from a PR standpoint. At all. If there's "authentication errors" going on, even after all this damn maintenance they're doing every other week it seems like, that tells me it's time for a major job review of several people at SCEA. When you do that much maintenance errors shouldn't be happening. I'm a very patient person and completely understand tech issues happen. But something or another coming up every week? There's problems there for sure. If you had truly competent people there would be no need for this every other week of maintenance business going on. Errors wouldn't be happening this often. When people are still waiting on a Tuesday update at 11pm Pacific and already into Wednesday in the rest of the country, major issues is all I can say. Maybe ill "review" my 3 month plus sub I just got last week. Because you know what, if we're paying 18 bucks every 3 months or 50 for a year, they'd better be using everyone's money damn wisely. Use it to hire much more competent people who will, you know, get the update done on Tuesday for God's sake! People who will work harder to get better IGC games, people who will actually work to ensure every damn PS1 game that runs on European Vitas will work on US ones. Use the damn money to prevent these "errors". Ill bet they knew about that error late yesterday morning and left it go. Unprofessional.

Frobisher says I need that DLC now.
It didn't work on Android when they rolled out iOS and WP8 support a few week ago, so I wouldn't be that surprised if Android support is still MIA.
You can sidestep the issue by downloading Dolphin and changing the user agent to a desktop one.
At about 10? I half expect they did get to go home already.

This stuff excites me too, cause I know i'll actually put time into the demo. I loved how it was handled with Etrian Odyssey IV, so to see it somewhere else is super cool and helps get my interest ready!
