You have absolutely no idea what you are talking about.

A dead man's switch is just a push to open switch. It isn't magic. If you aren't allowed to buy switches then that's basically the whole electronics universe made illegal. Even then, you can make one out of a paperclip.

You can make explosives out of all sorts of every day things. Again, you can't legislate against everything.

People are way to quick too believe that by banning things you can make people safer.
