Highly, HIGHLY, doubtful. They would have to find something severe like a mutilated body. If someone is consenting them to search their house, they're (I'm assuming here obviously) probably grateful for the hassle they're saving them from saying no and having to go through the process of forcing, via legal methods, their way in and searching.

Yeah, it is SWAT. They will not care. Hell, if they see you have a bunch of drugs I doubt they will even remember after such a hectic day.
