I'm not interested in torture or rape or anything crazy, but him being a kid doesn't matter really. He's legally an adult, and it's not like he ended up turning himself in willingly. He ran over his brother trying to escape, used explosives, had another shoot out with cops at the boat they finally took him from. Dude was fucking nuts and willing to take anyone down until the end.

CNN has mentioned it a couple times, not about the bombings but that Russia supposedly wanted us to investigate the older one a couple years ago. The FBI did and didn't find anything worthy of pursuing further.

I suspect we'll hear more about that later on.

I don't know the source or if it is legit, but what I had heard is that Russia warned the US about the older brother a while ago (I think about 2 years) for some reason, but they investigated him and found no reason to be concerned. That's the rumor I read here on GAF, not sure where the original source came from.
