I hope SCEA had a public figure we could forward our issues to
not Morgan or Grace (they are trying hard enough to help) but a more top management person
Do any of the big three have a person like that?

Wow Jacob Jones looks really pretty. Seems like the kind of game my wife would really enjoy (she's a huge Professor Layton fan) so I'll be keeping an eye on it.
... I give up. SCEA, I'm losing hope as each day passes.
It's a well known fact that SCEA wants the Vita to fail
That's in no way a fact.
Wait I thought that Epic had refused to port UE3 to the Vita? Have they changed their mind or was it done by a 3rd party?
That's in no way a fact.
I'm on chapter 23 of Uncharted vita and i've definitely lost interest in the plot and location of the game. Feels like i'm meandering around from one shooting segment to another.
That's in no way a fact.
do you work for Sony? Not trying to call you out or anything like that, but its a hard statement to argue with when SCEA has little to show for the Vita other than rallying Indie support for the platform(even then the majority of those are also on ps3). Atleast in the case of SCEE they have Killzone, and Tareaway in the works, SCEJ atleast has Soul Sacrifice, SCEJ has dropped the price, and it was effective until the releases dried up.
SCEA has Naughty Dog, Sucker Punch, Sony Santa Monica, etc, not to mention the closest ties to western third parties, and yet SCEA does little to help the Vitas case. I love the system, I love indie games, and am looking forward to allot thats on its way, but I think its safe to assume that people believed SCEA would be far more supportive of Sonys handheld this time and so far that had not been the case.
I hope very much that Sony gives the Vita a strong push at E3, but with the PS4 coming this year I would not be surprised for it to not be a thing at SCEAs conference again this year.

So anybody here has Castlevania: Symphony of the Night for the Vita? I have never played it so I am thinking about buying it. Did played the DS games that came after it but apparently this is one of the best games ever....

Thinking about picking up Thomas was alone and Rocket Birds, both good, worth?
Uh, SCEA is responsible for the best selling first party Vita game with Uncharted, and they're behind the best selling Vita game overall as well, which is Call of Duty.

Sure they can't market the system correctly, but that's not really Vita exclusive as far as SCEA goes. That said, you shouldn't attack famousmortimer for disagreeing with over the top hyperbole.
SCEJ's handling of the Vita is the worst not just of the three, but possibly the worst management we've seen in the history of Playstation. That they managed to lose the biggest PSP franchises and still maintain just a pitiful output of first party games is laughable
That had more to do with brand rather than game quality, though. Uncharted is probably Sony Bend's worst game. Decent, but a waste of both the brand and developer.
COD was simply a disaster. How many people bought CoD and a Vita only to get CoD Vita? A terrible, terrible game. Lots of disappointed owners, I imagine.
More importantly, SCEA missed a chance to get a port of one of the biggest games of last year, Borderlands 2. Gearbox was practically begging Sony to fund a port of it.

Gearbox basically said "if you'll fund it..."wait, what? lol. that no one called you out on this must mean it's true. tell me that's not true.
I agree that the first two are pretty dire (Sony Bend continuing to be wasted as a second-fiddle spin-off factory is unforgivable...), but the third is somewhat problematic. That had more to do with brand rather than game quality, though. Soul Calibur Broken Destiny is very enjoyable so far. The CAS is really good, better customization than Tekken 6. I still prefer Tekken 5 DR to Tekken 6. Also The Gauntlet mode in SC has some hilarious dialogue. Love the chapter stories and the imaginative things they attribute your score to. Like the whole, "you dripped 518 drops of sweat (score)!" Little things like that make me smile.
That's the point. Sony clearly funded AC:L and COD, if they fell for it then basically every other big studio out there would be playing the same game.
We will only port it if you fund it, end of story.
I was actually pretty curious about this as I dont have plus atm. How does broken destiny look on theVita? does it play well? I would love to get a soul calibur made for Vita after seeing how well DOA transferred over.
I agree it's a bad precedent, but it's better than not having any blockbuster games, which is where the Vita is now.
And they seem to have no problem with funding lots of ports of indie games. I'd rather have one or two big games than two dozen indie games (especially as most are likely coming to iOS/Android eventually).
What makes you think they won't announce more games for the end of the year? We already have a few actually.
And I disagree, I'd rather have 60 indie games which costed 100k than CODfor 6MM. Those indie studios' next game will be on PSVita too.
It looks and plays beautifully on Vita. I mapped Triangle+X and Square+O to L and R which helps with the trickier commands. Playing this really makes me wish SCV was on Vita.
I tried to take some screens of it to give you an idea how it looks. The textures look really nice in person IMO. Im downloading the it on PSP for comparison shots at the moment.
Like I can add it to my cart and purchase it and everything, it wouldn't let me buy it twice, makes no sense! I don't have a Vita right now, but it would suck to lose Rayman![]()
