Not that Mike isn't creative enough, but I'll prefer an "original awesome concept" for an original cool character. You know, something that'll actually push him to make dope playable characters.

I want to see the game succeed as a nice & diverse fighter, not typical cute girl fighter #9.

Mike has said that he wants to do Minette and that he knows how she would work and everything, that hypes me a lot. I also like the idea of a Roll/FrankWest done by not-capcom. Anyone that thinks this is typical cute girl fighter 9 doesn't know much of the game, and we've got Big Band now anyways.

Either way, all the girl designs are cute or sexy (except for Beatrix) so I don't think there is much to say regarding the game becoming "Gal Fighter Alpha Turbo" if Annie gets into it instead of another female character.

He's not that heavy a supporter of the guy. And Beowulf is pretty interesting, especially when compared to Annie. Sure she'll look fancy but even the team admits she'll be one of the most basic and approachable characters introduced.

How is setting up a chair in the stage for unique attacks and maneuverability not something interesting? And I'm really curious about the way we tag him in/out, there has to be a better reason for needing to tag him wherever he sits in the stage than to just look funny. I'm imagining insane tag team combos. They also mention him using weapons and artifacts for some of his attacks, so probably a tool user as well.

Plus, he's a wrestler. I have a soft spot for that archetype. Not to be confused with grappler, though those are cool, too.

Ileum has potential. The fact that she can loosen her body to slither around could be pretty interesting, plus all those drills and poison spitting.

Her design and her crazy bird thing just drives me insane... I need her. I'm also a Makoto/Adon fan and she's inspired by them... instead we got fucking Aeon in top 4

I don't know, every time I see this. I feel like its an excuse. I feel they aren't considering fan votes. They're really wanting to do Minette, people there giving support to Venus, Aeon being hard to balance (I mean understandable, but nothing is set eitherway. They can change her.) I believe they have a ton of creativity, especially saying when Annie is the most basic and approachable. When she has the power of the stars/galaxy/etc. While having a sword and remote parasite? Pretty sure she wouldn't be.
