I was going to say something and then I saw who was posting.I just got a 3DS XL yesterday and picked up this game for my free bonus game. Quite fun. Only problem is there's no trophies/achievements.

You people are breaking my heart. Sunshine was the best 3D Mario.
While I don't agree with it being a greater gamer than Galaxy 1 & 2, I will admit that this shot shows exactly what 3D Mario games should be.
I never did play the harder levels on SM3DL but I don't feel like I'm missing much.

Which is the biggest Mario game? And/or, which Mario game has the most content?
Analog stick/circle pad + run button makes little sense to me though and I do not like the timer either (i.e.: replaying a level without a timer or timer-less DLC levels would be appreciated).
Kind of curious, is the timer even an issue with the levels themselves? Are you actually hitting the time limit or do you just hate that it's there?
Worth noting that it's not trying to beat Galaxy. Certainly crushes any NSMB title though.
NSMBU is better than 3D Land!!
anihawk would probably say every NSMB is better than 3D Land, but he's anihawk

You guys make me want to play Galaxy 2, but I gave away my Wii before it came out.
Alpha Waves (1990, Atari ST) says hi.Jumping Flash! says hi.
No, Galaxy 1 & 2 are better. 3D Land is ace too though.
In regular stages, since you rarely get close to running out of time, it makes no sense.
But there are stages where you start with little time and have to rush, or start with like 10 secs and have to collect clocks to get more time, so it makes sense for those.
I don't think is a good idea introducing a time mechanic half the way in when you could have it from the beggining, teaching the player they can grab clocks and that.
And we're done here.
