Looking at the Championship, the perfect results for me would be

Brighton to beat Wolves
Bolton to beat Blackpool
Peterborough to beat Palace
Cardiff to beat Hull
Watford to beat Leeds
Forest to beat Leicester
Wednesday to beat Middlesborough
Huddersfield to beat Barnsley

If this all came true I'd be delighted.
Another list.

Spurs have not won a single 3PM Saturday game at WHL this season (D3 L1). That's quite shit, although two of those draws came in the first 3 games where Jake Livermore was starting.

Great game last night, loved that goal from Luiz. There was a funny moment when Basels fans unfurled a giant banner and lit 7 or 8 flares around its edges. I guess it was supposed to be a choreographed routine to go with a song but from the other end of the ground it looked like a birthday cake so we sung "happy birthday to you" until their flares went out.

It isn't happening man. Wolves already down. It's Barnsley I think. Truss me. Baby, you're staying up.

BAE and AVB are both the swag kings.

I trust you. But I'll hold you personally responsible if we don't as a result.. *shakes fist*

It all hangs on the Huddersfield - Barnsley game I think. We only need to match Barnsley to stay up and other results are irrelevant then. Thankfully Huddersfield seem to have picked up and by all accounts Robins has got beef with the way he was treated at Barnsley so hopefully they'll be up for it.

Be happy for Peterborough to drop as well though just to see Frogson Jr's face.

I don't understand, these spanish press blokes have been saying that with this team Mou had to win the CL and La Liga at the same time. Now he leaves and the team is no longer good enough, and they will go on a spending spree?

Hilarious.

I'll let you off for providing me with that gif.

Marca's proposed Madrid team for next season looks mad. Says they're signing Bale, Verrati, and Gundogan, as well as some Leverkusen rightback.

Leverkusen right back is some Madrid player they just sold last year lol. Business sense of a fucking turkey.

Don't think they'll get Gundogan and Verratti. Would mean selling one of Alonso/Khedira/Modric really.

I really don't know which (if any) of the Spanish papers are even remotely reliable. I mean, AS were linking us with David Villa this morning FFS.

"I answered that question already. I respect my contracts. I want to stay [on past 2014] if I do well and if I consider or the club considers that I do well, that is all. I want this club to do well, that is my basic feeling.

"We have gone through a period that was very sensitive, we are coming out of it now, in a much stronger position financially. I believe the club is in a very strong position for the future."

Staying on past 2014? Hinting at improved financial situation? Not sure how to feel about this, but if Wenger's willing to spend the money...

Second best manager in the league brah. Still think it's odd how people doubt Wenger, the fact you're still fighting for CL is down to him. He's got flaws, but you'd be Liverpool level without him.

@TouchlineDrama: Wow. Mourinho cracked under media pressure and just did a press conference producing a Benítez-like factsheet highlighting his achievements.

Be careful what you wish for, Wooden.

Also:

@tancredipalmeri: Ouch! Mourinho shooting straight at Casillas! "What should I have done differently in last 3 years? Signing Diego Lopez a year ago"

So they loan the players who they want to get rid of (Sahin), and sell those that they wish to keep.

Utter muppets.

Would take this, Pepe's best mate, more striking options.

Modric back to Spurs in a deal for Bale.

Makes sense.

I reckon Higuain could be thrown in, too.

In todays press conference Fergie re-iterated the need for "one or two" new bodies to join in the summer. He talked about scouting young players over a number of seasons to make sure they were developing well before a decision was made to sign them.

Looks like United are definitely in the market.

In the market... for young players.

So like I said. No Rumbo. :P

If Cleverley comes back from the U21 it'll count as a new signing. The other is Zaha.

Nooooo Wenger pls. Have mercy on us.
It will! I remember Besiktas leaving Peter Kjær behind somewhere random in Turkey because they wanted to get rid of him. :lol
:lol Some parts of Turkey can still be pretty scary.

@tancredipalmeri: Ouch! Mourinho shooting straight at Casillas! "What should I have done differently in last 3 years? Signing Diego Lopez a year ago"

:lol That's brutal. Mourinho burns his bridges, guess that means we'll see him in EPL soon.

Edit: Am I not supposed to shed my junior skin after 90 days ?

I think Wigan are the ones who go down. Toughest schedule between us, Newcastle, and them in my opinion, plus the fact that they have an extra match and are 5 points down.

We can almost breathe and then get Benteke, Lowton, Westwood, and Weimann new contracts.

Huh? The difference is that Mourinho is a great manager, I don't mind the meltdowns.

I think we have the toughest schedule actually. West Ham will take a shit on us as will Arsenal.

Remy will show us that QPR are the greatest side in Europe.

This is why Mourinho needs to stay away from OT.

He's nuts.
Exactly.

He's not United material, never has been, never will be. Shame on the goobers who were fooled by his restrained display at Old Trafford; Mourinho's an actor, that's always been true, too.

They need a no nonsense manager that follows the winning principles set down by Ferguson who can extend the evolution of the team, rather than enforce a revolution. Someone of great experience, a person that commands respect throughout the game. It's fucking Moyes. It just is.

I'm sure United are very interested in Bale. But we'd never pay the £60-70m Levy would demand.

Just do for a few decent CMs and let of wingers try to sort themselves out.

Levy will ask for more from an English club. Madrid would probably pay the £60m.
