I've liked all the clips.

Doin it right has that hip-hop flavor.

Damn I really like it when the singing comes in.

This album is going to be great.
 
Resisting the Doin' It Right leak. I've heard enough now until the album's release. I want the listening experience to be fresh and new and hear the tracks for the first time in decent quality. Someone on the Daft Club forums with proven connections has confirmed that the global iTunes stream is still happening on Monday May 13. He's been accurate and reliable in the past with insider information so he's probably correct on this one. This means 36 hours until we can hear the album. Excited.
 
Can't believe Panda Bear is on the album. I've been a huge fan of him and AC for a while. Person Pitch is the only album I have framed on my wall.

Awesome!!! Super excited for that! Can't think of the last time I've been this excited for an album.
 
I actually kind of like the route of hearing shitty quality short snippets. It's like we get to hear just enough that we get a little taste but when we hear the final version it's going to sound so so much better. Both songs sound like they are going to be amazing.

Someone also posted impressions of the full Get Lucky from a listening party and they said it sounds much better. More stuff to it that really fleshes it out. 10 days my friends.

Daft Punk to Stream ‘Random Access Memories’ on iTunes May 13?

According to redditor theyremovingit, Daft Punk will be streaming Random Access Memories (in its entirety) on iTunes next Monday, May 13, ahead of the album’s May 17 release. From the original thread:

As some of you may know, I have provided some insight into upcoming stuff. My source (Double sources actually) is saying that there WILL be a streaming of the album on the 13th (Monday next week). 99.9% certain on this. That is all.

Being an active follower of the Daft Punk pulse on Twitter, this isn’t the first time I’ve caught wind of an album stream rumor, but obviously with no hard sources to reference outside of this fairly mysterious redditor, it’s not something you should immediately believe. However, according to the post’s commenters, “all the stuff he has said before has been 100% accurate,” so take that as you will.

Keep it locked on Twitter and Facebook for any official updates on this as we inch closer the Random Access Memories release.

So we have three separate magazines (who attended the listening parties) reporting the stream plus this evidence here and the alleged insider on the Daft Club forums. I agree with you to an extent. There's still no confirmation from Columbia. It could just be a strong rumour. We have however heard from multiple sources now (some more respected than Reddit like actual magazines) that the stream is definitely happening. I believe the stream to be legit.

The guy from Daft Club forums told me there'd be a RAM promoat Coachella. He also said that Todd Edwards was on the album and correctly predicted when the video would go up. And he knew when the Rolling Stone and GQ articles about the album were to be published ahead of time.
He also received a shipment of the helmet masks before they were really widespread and posted a bunch of pictures. He's definitely connected to the marketing campaign.

He's the guy I've been following too. I agree with you a hundred percent. Everything I've read from him has turned out to be true and correct. If you follow the main thread he posts in on the Daft Club forums you'll see he also posted excerpts from Columbia's marketing plan for RAM. That was the document that indicated the May 13 stream date. He's definitely a connected insider. I'm almost certain of that.

The stream is only a day away so we'll find out soon enough. I do however believe him thus far based on his stellar track record of reporting accurate information.
 
Even after hearing Doin' It Right, I still prefer Give Life Back to Music.
But what I really can't wait for is Fragments of Time with Todd Edwards. Face to Face is my favorite track on Discovery.

Are you sure Mike Dean was referring to that track and not the two Kanye performed at the MET Gala? Because HudMo has been playing that linked track at his last several DJing gigs. And assuming Kanye has crazy security around this album like he did Watch the Throne, HudMo wouldn't have access to any songs he didn't do.
