If you've convinced yourself that the rumors are 100 percent correct, you don't know what to believe. Nearly every single rumor has another rumor stating the opposite. It's funny when people choose to believe one rumor from a specific site, but ignore another rumor from that very same site.

I'm convinced that these rumors are 95% legit, just like I was for the PS4 specs.

I think at best we'll see minor clock speed increases (50MHz).

The spec rumors/leaks have been very consistent from source to source. Even Arthur Gies agrees that the specs that have leaked are correct.

That is true for actual case / controller designs. But the specs and devkits must have been out there, or else devs could not have made games.

I can't think of one which seemed legit, only ones I remember are stupid ones about 2 APUs, 12GB GDDR3 RAM, 8GB DDR3+6GB GDDR5 RAM or something like that.

There is no possible way of knowing what that meant and people should stop thinking about it too hard.

In terms of specs I think the biggest improvement will be in the rumored OS reserve. I think it'll be a lot smaller than we've previously heard and is a very feasible improvement.

What I'm expecting:

1. They'll briefly skim over the specs ( 1+ TFLOPS GCN GPU, 8GB of RAM, 8 CPU cores)

2. They'll spend a lot of time detailing nextbox's OS and how it is heavily integrated with their other W8 products.

3. They'll spend quite a bit of time on Kinect 2.0 since they're packing it in with every box (expensive).

4. They'll announce the two payment models planned and their partner(s) for the subscription model.

Games I expect shown:

Fable MMO
PGR5
Dance Central 4
COD: Ghosts
Destiny

They'll leave the rest for E3.

Well MS has been doing a lot better with controlling leaks. I am still shocked how they were able to keep the wraps of the 360 Slim a few years back. I mean it was one thing to keep it quiet until they showed it, but also saying that it is out later that week was a hell of coup for them.

I think they have put the fear of God into anyone associated with anything with the new Xbox, from peripheral manufactures to developers etc. They are running it really close to the chest.

Well, yea. Giving barebones details is one thing, having photo evidence is another. People can spin a rumor however they like, good or bad, but it is still just a rumor.

Hell I could say that all signs point to a internet required/Kinect mandatory/you suck if you have bad internet/used games (LOL) box and people will run with it and pick out what they want to defend or emphasis.

Like Baconsammy said, there are just as many conflicting rumors as there are "concrete" ones.
