I personally feel Sony should have improved the Gpu over going 8gb GDDR5. If Microsoft can't switch to GDDR5, maybe they'll compensate with a stronger gpu?

I think the PS4 might have room to be clocked to 2.0TFLOPS if need be. They're at a comfortable position.

64 MB EDRAM isn't bad.
It's 64 MB 6T ESRAM that would supposedly be frickin huge.
I'm pretty sure the 6T stands for transistors. And it basically means 6T ESRAM has 6 times as many transistors per bit as EDRAM. 6 transistors per bit. Something like that. So think on the order of 6 times the size as well.
But of course 6T ESRAM is a lot better, naturally, I dont know all the details. It's much more flexible I believe.
Nobody really knows whats in Durango, but I get the feeling the consensus leans that it's 6T. We know it's called ESRAM in Microsoft documentation, but apparently that's an extremely non specific term that could even mean EDRAM.
32 MB 6T ESRAM would be apparently manageable, though large. I would think 64MB might push it.

3 more days lets us reach critical velocity and either see us get to the stars or massively fall down. Only once every 5~7 years gaming is this exciting. Over 3~4 years we will all be depressed because of kinect 2.0

There's no point discussing rumored specs now, though. We're too close from the real thing to start speculating on vague rumors.
I've been playing mainly xbla games lately. Mainly a lot of Terraria and Battle Block Theater. Great games.

No. Think about the scenario where Square spend 10 minutes on Sony's stage showing a tech demo from last year in the build up to an announcement of - ''we will reveal the next Final Fantasy at E3''... only to announce it at a MS event.
Sony are doing some money-hatting too this year. It's pretty obvious to who.
Not that I remember.
Cerny has been consistently citing the 1.8TF figure far too long now. I'd be surprised to see an improvement at this stage.
