I like it! It does seem to get a lot of hate, though. I can't think of many consoles I like better. Gamecube, the PS2 (phat and slim both), and the first PS3 slim. That's probably it. Maybe the Saturn.

I agree. I remember looking at my PS3 once I had it in my entertainment console and thinking it did not look right. That and despite my best efforts in handling it it looked like I had smeared ice cream on that glossy finish.

The PS3 Slim is amazing though.



That's a bummer. Capcom has been really dropping the ball as of late, but I would have really loved to see a next-gen fighting game, or possibly that rumored Resident Evil reboot game. I guess it doesn't rule out Capcom all the way though, so I guess we could still see Dead Rising 3.

Alright I asked Ono (face of Capcom right now) on twitter if he was going to Redmond this week and he replied no that he is in Japan.

He may be at MSFT's E3, 21st is focused on hardware and services.

It looked like a glossy toasted sandwich maker. As good as the slim looks the OG PS3 was anything but sleek. But it didn't embrace its bulk like tue first Xbox.

Okay, I have to be careful how I word this because I don't want to give the wrong impression....I am absolutely insanely hyped about Witcher 3, but we know at this point it's almost a slam-dunk 99.9999% lock to be on the Nextbox, and we've already seen a ton of footage of the PC version, so I wouldn't be that excited to see it because we already know all about it and we know it's most likely coming to the Nextbox.

Still can't wait though.

Yup. It felt like a good stereo receiver/amplifier. I never did like the original 'Duke' controller. The S model was fantastic. The wires for the controllers had a splitter too didn't they in case you tripped on them?
