If MS has secured some sort of exclusive rights with EA, even if its only 6 months exclusive, that is huge, and honestly could kill the PS4 prior to it even releasing.

Would hate for this to happen. The market needs competition and Nintendo is clearly no longer a factor in the home console competition for next gen (at this very moment in time).
 
Guys I figured it out.

The next Xbox console are the tents themselves. The tent uses humans as batteries, with enough people the next Xbox's power is unlimited.

Dear god no, they need to keep moving the franchise forward. I love Halo 2 Mp but that was almost 9 years ago, I'm not a fan of series resting on their laurels.

Will work tomorrow and not read any news.
Come home right at when pre-show starts or a bit later. Grab some snacks, fire up the stream on the TV and enjoy the show. After-show streams will be consumed at the PC with (still down) GAF in the background.

May it so!

I am sure Halo 2: HD will get everyone cheering about the old-school being back but Halo needs to move forward. I am sure loads of people love the arenas DM style gameplay in Halo but the vehicle combat and overall scale needs to be cranked up.

I wouldn't say it's resting on its laurels, more tweaking what a lot of players already consider to be nearly perfect.

I get what you're saying though, but there's a happy medium to be struck where they keep what makes it fun to play and push the franchise forward too without becoming a lite version of another popular FPS.

Some specs have been more than doubled from previous rumors. Now COD, Battlefield 4, and FIFA are exclusives. Plus illumarooms, and maybe Kojima and EA exclusive rights.
 
theres no way that bf4 is is durango exclusive.
ms probably wants to be the first to announce it so people associate the brand with xbox like they did with cod this gen.

During the last EA stockholder meeting EA's chief financial officer Blake Jorgensen said he had seen BF4 running on PS4.

Jorgensen went on to say that thanks to the PlayStation 4′s horsepower, it allows EA to “do a substantial amount of things that we’ve never done before. In addition, “I’ve seen the new Battlefield and it is stunning, I mean it is just amazing; what the imagination of the game developers are allowed to do with that much power,” says Jorgensen.

So, this makes no sense why they are saying it hasn't been announced unless MS got dibs on it first.
