Megaton is something totally unexpected and will genuinely surprise a good amount of people in GAF but to be more specific about the megaton, a non-port megaton from SE because that tends to happen and already happened. Example of the non-port megaton in my own definition: 3 Final Fantasy XIIIs announced for E3, Final Fantasy XIV -Online- announced. Final Fantasy XV is not included as a megaton because it's pretty much expected at the conference.

I have to bet that an MMORPG on console will even struggle selling 300k ww?... whenever you want. LR will crush the sales of that title with just Japan. Worldwide there's not even a chance for ARR to compete.

I don't think so. An old rumor suggests a download version might be possible but I doubt it.
