If the AI is as stupid as in the console versions than the rest won't really matter, I think.

The game plays identical to the console versions, and framerate holds up well. Overall, it is an excellent port, but looks less shiny than the console counterpart. Also, I got the impression that the demo is sluggish and has low framerate, but the full game itself wasn't like that at all. That appears to have been patched.How is sonic racing on the vita?
The demo was a bit underwhelming graphically, seemed a bit dry, but that might be that specific map/track.
How is the game as a whole on the system?

The Vita port of Guilty Gear also looks like shit. Nearest Neighbor scaling everywhere. Not sure why not more people are complaining about it, especially considering how great the BlazBlue port is (save for horrible loading times).
The Vita version is the definitive portable version of the game. The full game has a really decent framerate and it looks great on dat OLED screen.

New Need for Speed isn't coming to Vita, but then it isn't developed by Criterion and runs on Frostbite 3 so I guess this isn't surprising news at all.

That's too bad. I play a variety of games and really do like all the indy games but the two games I like the most on the Vita are Need for Speed Most Wanted and Mortal Kombat. Hopefully Injustice comes to Vita.
How healthy has the online community been? Its a game I wanna get but I don't know if I'm better off playing console for the better online community.
And to the last poster: don't tickle my brain with foolishness like Injustice Vita.

Sorry, couldn't say -- I almost never let paypal touch my actual bank account, at least not for payouts.
With paypal? Uh..is your account 'verified'? Was it an 'echeck'? Maybe next time you'd be better off doing an instant withdrawl and then paying with paypal balance..

I believe they said it was an e-check, yes, but have never seen that before. Perhaps it had something to do with me using the updated ebay app.

edit : apparently something has changed and you need a backup payment method to pay instantly. not sure what happened.
Is it possible to cancel that payment, do that, then pay again?

Everyone should buy Passing Time on PSMobile! Im really surprised at how how fun this game is, and the quality present in such a cheaper game. Im shocked at how much im enjoying it.
Honeyslug is really becoming one of my favorite Vita Devs, between Forbisher says, Passing time, and the cool looking HoHokum later this year im pretty excited to see what else they do.

Just checking in after a couple more weeks of owning a Vita to say this is easily one of the best systems I've ever owned. I wish this thing was more successful... it's just what I need now as a 30+ gamer.
It's good. Not a masterpiece by any means, but it shouldn't be expected to. Worth the dollar or so it costs.

Great to hear. I agree with your points, too. Needs more success, needs more games, but it sure it's a fantastic system and it's lineup thus far has been awesome.

Shitty port? LOL no. The only time that you see that is on the VS screen. The actual fighting is flawless, and the PS3 version suffers from the same thing.
Waiting for the eventual PSN YOPO version.
I'm another one in the "don't like Unit 13" camp, the limited enemy variety is my biggest issue. Combined with the reused maps it feels like every mission is the same. Most mission types are not much fun and some use very sparse checkpoints (or none at all) which means BS like a shotgun flanker killing you in split seconds can make you replay a lot of stuff (which already felt like a replay anyway).

Getting 3 stars on every mission was the most fun I've had on my Vita.
I agree, wouldn't recommend it.
Fired up Sine Mora for the first time.. It's a good thing I got this for just under $5. The game is frustratingly cheap. There is no bullet pattern to speak of, powerups fly away, you take damage from the environment. I'm not a fan of games that make me rage. Even on novice this game is utter BS!
I have to finish this. But, I agree. Going for three stars makes it feel very tactical.

The game is a score attack at heart, it plays very different when you try to 3star everything and when you try to just finish the mission. It forces you to has this flow of action in order to keep you combo meter high, whether you are playing stealthy or trigger friendly.

I just saw that an iOS/Vita episodic game inspired by the writer from Saw is gonna be released (I mean, first episode) the day after tomorrow. Dying: Sinner Escape from Nekcom Entertainment. Anybody hyped for this?

Stealth is fine. Poorly check pointed/poorly designed levels with insta fail mandatory stealth is not fine.

On Injustice Ed Boon did say that if the console versions of Injustice were successful that a Vita version could be coming. Its also good news that Warner does not seem opposed to continued support for the Vita since they are developing Blackgate for it, and seperately from the 3DS version to boot so there is still hope

Well according to this site (FR), the first episode is supposed to release in two days on Vita and iOS.
I'm just surprised I haven't heard about it before.
I haven't played it in a while but I would imagine it's fairly healthy. I'm sure it won't be as healthy as the console version, but people buy kart racers because they know they'll be able to play them online. The value is in the multiplayer. So logically, the online community should be okay.

Lesson here- don't get games based on just recommendations.
The only way to get my money's worth from Unit13 is by getting the platinum since there is absolutely No story to complete.

So I started playing Wild Arms on my Vita, pretty ace so far.
I forgot I got that game. I'll need to play it sometime. The only PS1 game I'm playing is FFVII and I feel meh about it. The random encounters every 3 seconds bother me.
Anybody here know anything about Terraria Vita? My most anticipated game for this summer.

There aren't many of those, but not a lot, I believe a few thousand sales.
Heck, Penguin Party is pretty decent, and it's literally free. It had an in-app purchase, but it's a thank you donation to the developer (okay, it also gives your penguins a top hat, but mostly it's just a donation). It only just hit 10,000 downloads. If only 10,000 people download a free game, something is wrong. Even with the tiny Vita userbase, that's still terrible.
