I also don't get the city restarting. You can't choose your neighbors, and eventually you'll find someone else you like.

Thanks for the effort anyway! I'd go transparent if I could fit the whole image in my avatar, but since it would make Squirtle really small I'm just opting for white + border for now

OTs can't be out earlier than the week before the game's release, so this Sunday. Also, the OT will be much better designed to give information about the game, coordinate friend codes etc.

I'd get quite paranoid of blocking the speakers and circle pad. I hope it doesn't jam the buttons either, but...maybe I'm just being too paranoid. o_o
I'm not positive, but the entire logo and serial info on the bottom is being painted over, so yeah probably.
Have to keep the cameras in mind too. Sounds tricky.

You don't plan on taping that part out? I guess it also depends on how long you've had your 3DS...
You can put a piece of clear tape over the serial to keep it from being painted over. It might be a good idea to keep it.

Yup. *chuckles* I remember being floored away and thinking the characters looked really weird when I first saw them in the Japanese mags. I'm pretty much cool with it now.
I've avoided those at all costs. I think my problem is... I have nice things to say but I don't feel like getting cut down by a bunch of people being assholes about consoles that are not finalized and not even out yet.
