Wow, you convinced me! WW is the greatest Zelda game ever made. No, it isn't.
Not the place to start that discussion though, so I'll leave it like that.

Hm? Really? When did he say something like that? IF they reveal anything it will be an eShop title...

Trying to remember everything going on right now, but I have another (not Sonic) cool exclusive for a smaller game next week.
It's one that I'm personally very excited for. Anyway - that's next week. Yes, this is a game coming to Wii U.
Ah, by the way, before anyone gets too carried away - the smaller game I was referencing isn't ONLY on Wii U. Just to be clear.
has an iphone on the move been stable enough for Nintendo Direct streams?
I will be on the road I need to know if I can watch this

You know what I want? Well I'll tell you.
I want every 3D Zelda re-made in Wind Waker's cel shaded artstyle.
That is all.
Looks disturbingly Reggie-like (except the nose)
Provided you keep a solid 3G connection it should be fine.has an iphone on the move been stable enough for Nintendo Direct streams?

Why? He has ruined one of Nintendo's most beloved franchises, he has continually failed to understand what went wrong. He thinks WW is a great Zelda game, when it is one of the weakest entries, the only redeeming point of the game are the graphics (hyperbole, but the game was mediocre and dragged a lot).
It's not his fault alone, obviously Nintendo as a company has allowed this, but his failed direction of the games is certainly not what Zelda games need or what people want from it.
[nerd rant]
Zelda games nowadays are plagued with stupid design decisions, handholding, giving puzzles answers, forced tutorials, stupid controls just for the sake of it (controls in SS were awful with the Wiimote +, when in TP they worked awesome with normal Wiimote, stylus controls worked, but were not optimal, buttons+arrows would have worked better, and DS games suffered from controls, because there were practically no enemies and everything felt like a chore, motion controls in SS were WORSE than in Wii Sports 2, etc), easy enemies that require no strategy (and when they do require, it is a chore) and the awful story.
Message to Nintendo: Stories in videogames suck, especially yours. Every single one of them. The story of Mario Galaxy, FF, DQ, all your Zelda games, MGS, etc etc. Stories are a means to an end, keep them short and simple. NSMB, SMG2, DKCR are games released by you that got the story right. Bad guy destroys the world, you destroy the bad guy. Bad guy kidnap the princess, you rescue the princess. Bad guy steal your bananas, you beat the crap out of him. END
There's also the loot, why do Zelda games need fucking loot?? I mean, I love collecting useful shit, money, bombs, hearts, pieces of hearts, etc; but when you start collecting stupid shit just to sell it and buy superfluous crap that does nothing (ship parts, train parts, etc), you know something is wrong.

Does anyone have a schedule of E3 conferences and livestreams for different companies? I know pre-E3 basically "starts" tomorrow with Konami and MGS voice actor, but I want to make sure I miss nothing, and want to mark my calendar.
It's a good example of why there can never be a universally liked Zelda game again.
Iwata walks out on stage with a Bomb-omb, not real but heavy and roughly the size of a bowling ball. He stares blankly at the audience as the applause slowly vanquishes. Silence. Moments pass before Iwata drops the bomb, and timed precisely with the bomb hitting the floor, the massive screens behind him come to life with a Steampunk Link design with the words "next E3" and Iwata finishing with, very calmly, "this is what you want."

Don't have Konami on there.

Oh my god we are so close.

But when was there ever a universally liked game (in a series)?
My dawg, how would ANYONE but you and your service provider, know that?
If there's good reception through the entirety of the trip, you're straight.
Provided you keep a solid 3G connection it should be fine.
Is there any game that's universally liked?
But when was there ever a universally liked game (in a series)?
Some people called the Mario Galaxy games "boring" so no, there isn't.
Wrong, my uncle works for Nintendo and he says that they have been preparing the bomb since the Wii U bombedNo, Iwata is dropping the moon, and everybody is going to die, including GAF servers.
I think this game is one. I could be wrong.
OoT
Then there can never be any game that's ,,universally liked'' if it means that literally every person on the planet likes it, lol.

There should be a "new" Wii U game revealed by IGN this week. Wasn't Rich tweeting about that?
... We've known it was coming to WiiU since forever. In another tweet he said the game was multiplatform. I'm pretty sure he confirmed it was ducktales and here's his article on it
http://www.ign.com/articles/2013/06/04/ducktales-remastered-then-and-now
Are you saying at the time of release? Even then, There were still people who didn't like it.

Was that intentional?
Wii U will be 6th 3D Zelda game on console

Great, I can use this in the E3 2013 General Information & FAQ thread (which is going up tomorrow).I've made this:

i figured this is a good thread as any for this question as i didn't want to open another thread. I'm dusting off my 3DS after not having time/money to get games. Which one should i buy?
- Luigis Mansion
- Animal Crossing
- NSMB2
- DKCR (i have on Wii but never played it)
- Fire Emblem (never really played one of those, not sure if i dig them)
- Virtues Last Reward (played and loved the first one but i have a lot of reading to do for finals so this might not be the best option)
leaning towards AC since playing a game while it is new is always fun.
-3d is a gimmick
