The Final Bosman Show

Really wish they would upload a version without the text so we could lay our own on for some E3 reactions. I guess you could just cut around to the where there's no text though.

Great episode, as usual.

I like that all the cuts are people walking in front of the camera...very clever and funny

Very clever... lots of things like that in every ep and not ever stale. This show is way better than it should be.

That bit during the examples of what will excite the audience, with Gabe Newell caused me to cry and bang my fist against my chair. The pause and then the vigorous nodding was absolutely perfect.

The bit about the music acts was soooooo true.

Bosman should plan the VGA's.

Final Bossman has taken my top fav show on GT spot. Pach attack #2 and annoyed gamer distant 3rd (haven't enjpyed it much lately).

OT, but speaking of putting your money where your mouth is, is there ever a E3 ban bet thread? Cant remember, but I'd definitely like to see some people here put something on the line with wild speculation. I'd take 1-2 odds (in ban weeks) on Episode 3 showing up. Bossssman, if you're on the forum PM me and we'll stealth bet.

He's a genuine, likeable guy- quickly becoming a fan of his show. 10th episode dance was classic- and yes please to a musical performance by Gabe Newell.

OI never understood ban bets....you win nothing...and lose everything

Meh, it's just for fun and bragging rights with forum buddies. Then again, if you think getting your account banned for a few weeks is losing everything, you should probably steer clear :)

Episode was awesome. The only show on GT I actually enjoy.

Word.

He didn't literally mean losing "everything".

It's as if the awesome and nice part of GAF did a show. He's so awesome! Don't change, Mr. Bosman.

EDIT: I loved how the guys in the background didn't even react to his celebrations hahaha. I like how they change settings every time, it's kinda great to see those offices.

I actually don't want to him to be involved in that, that kind of thing is out of his control, if it sucks (although last year's was an improvement), I don't want to carry that weight.

He mentioned that no next-gen games will have double jump.

What about crouch jump? No not like in FPS I mean like backflips from Mario 64 or Banjo Kazooie.

Probably my least favourite episode. Not bad of course, but not quite as good as the rest.

He made some good points, but some of the jokes (The music bit and the Cheer/boo bit both went on far too long (Though the Mirrors Edge bit at the end was fantastic). Also think she should have mentioned the presenters who do come off as sincere. Jack Tretton has always come off that way to me, especially when he spoke about the PS3 hacking incident. Cerney, while a bit pretentious, is also devoid of the typical marketing PR bullshit.

Loads of chuckles this episode.

My favourite bit was probably the Bioshock Infinite interruption.

Also

"Most interesting looking launch title - Knack"
"Dumbest looking launch title - Knack"

Hahaha, everyone would love to watch Gabe do a musical thingy.

"Most interesting looking launch title - Knack"
"Dumbest looking launch title - Knack"

This says a lot about the industry. *Sigh*

And he has an important point in the whole sincerity issue. An open and earnest relationship with your customers will be a great differentiator in the future. Not only in the video games industry.

Can agree with that - thought whilst i was watching that he would mention them, was surprised he didn't.
